  I am always in the best of care when I visit my dentist and his dental technicians!!
  I never dread or fear going to my appointment, because they are the best at making me comfortable!!
  Dr. Fitterling, Susan and Becky have always done such a great job taking care of my teeth, and making sure the procedure has been pain free.

  Everyone here is amazing. The entire staff take their time to get to know each patient. They listen to your concerns and address them appropriately, effectively and with your best interest in mind. They are genuinely concerned for your well-being. If you have severe allergies of any kind, especially to derivatives of foods or additives. They will take their time to go over the ingredients of the products that they use and if something is found to have a cross reactor, they will look for alternatives that are safe for you. On top of all that, the excellent staff on hand and the dedication to excellence that both Dr. Kirk and Dr. Fitterling exhibit in all of the work that they do. You won't find a better dentist in all of Joplin Missouri.

  Where to start, I’ve been a patient here for some time and while all the staff from the receptionist to my hygienist, Beth is great. Devon is my favorite. She’s very personal and caring and so knowledgeable I’m what she does. Definitely, in my opinion what keeps me coming back.

  Always happy to see the folks in the reception desks. They are friendly and always willing to help as needed. They're genuinely interested in the welfare of my family. Lisa is my hygienist. She understands my particular needs and sees to it that they are met. I feel totally relaxed having Lisa delve around in my mouth. My experience with others within the practice are equally positive.

  Always professional. They take care of you and make you feel like family. All the help are very caring,and helpful,about anything you need to know about your treatment. I have been to several different Dentists in my life but none as good as Joplin Family Dental.
