Hours are not up to date(they close when they want @ Greencastle, Pa), calling the numbers provided sends you to an automated system that doesn’t understand any worldly language especially English, is as residents that have jobs want the landfill to have reasonable hours. Essentially these cut hours are a ploy to refrain from honoring our resident cards.

A little more expensive than some other services, but they are one of the only that still recycle glass. They are always on time and err on the side of over-communication. Great value for the price and ease of service.

I signed up for WM under a promotion that beat any of the competition. WM has been a cost-effective company for trash removal for our residence here in Greencastle, PA and is an exceptionally reliable company in terms of pickup of trash as expected. Their website/app is quite easy to use and simplifies billing and payments, posts service dates specific to my pick-ups, announces delays, publicizes holiday delays, etc. etc. etc. There is never any residual trash left behind on either recycling or regular trash days. I highly recommend them so long as their pricing remains competitive. I also have found WM to be an excellent source for providing a dumpster during a major remodel and have used WM Bagster for some major spring cleaning.

I am being generous with this one star. Let me begin with - when I walk my dog in the morning I take an extra bag to pick up all the trash that people through out of their vehicles while traveling Terps Blvd. Then I find 6 bags of trash thrown off the side of the road. I called Hagerstown Police. The dispatch said they would be out to get it soon. 2 days later, it is still there. So now I haul 4 of the 6 bags in my wagon to my home. It's been 2 weeks and I have followed WM instructions. The bags are still in front of my driveway. I even bake cookies at Christmas time for the WM guys. Never again.
