BUSINESSES BEWARE!! When reviewing my employers account with Waste Management I found that the rate being charged was over $1000.00 per month (an increase over time from $350.00 back in 2013), which is astronomical for a small business. When I reached out, I was told if you do not contact them to dispute the cost it will continue to increase over time. When I informed them that we were looking into other services due to dissatisfaction with this, the representative was able to reduce our monthly cost to right at $150.00. It is extremely sad that this company would take advantage of a small business to this magnitude. It took us threatening to leave to leave to get a rate comparable with other companies that provide the same service.

We have never had issues until the last few weeks of this service. The guy that does our trash throws our trashcans down to the point he broke the lids on our bins, and just throws our bins in the ditch. My fiancee spoke with the driver and the driver told him since we have a horse shoe style drive way, we need to put one can on each side which we did this week. And this week everyone's trash on our road was picked up but ours.

So frustrated, they have missed picking my trash up for the last 3 weeks. Every time I call they apologize and say someone will be there but still no pickup. I have a child with cancer and we need to get our bags out immediately. I'm about to make my 4th trip to our county dumpster. Really inconvenient I need to be worrying about other things. Hopefully they come by today.
Update: They finally came to pick it up but of course it's full again..
