Owner resolved a bad experience with a full refund. There was a mistake with delivery of my bedspread to the wrong client and it was never recovered. Then the fabric was out of stock so I was able to get a full refund that included the shams I did receive as I was not able to use them.

We ordered 8 valances from FWT and are very happy we did. They were customized perfectly to our specifications and arrived in great shape. The fabric is excellent--a major upgrade over our old valances. We were a bit worried at first to order from a store we simply found on the internet without any recommendation but are extremely happy we did.

This is hands down the best business to work with. I just received my third custom order, and the workmanship is absolutely the FINEST. In addition, I have worked with customer service multiple times and have always been so pleased. They have helped me pick the right looking valances for certain windows by reviewing photos I have texted to them, to helping me choose coordinating fabrics and trim options. My orders have always been received quickly and the packaging is awesome. I've never had to iron or press my orders before hanging them. Finally, the prices are beyond reasonable for the quality received. Thank you!
