My sewing machine hadn't been working properly. I took it into Singer and Nancy was able to help me right away. She knew exactly what the issue was and was able to fix it in less than 5 mins. And she was really nice and helpful.

Really wonderful store with knowledgeable employees and fair prices. I upgraded my sewing machine and Nancy was very helpful in finding a new one for my skill level. She also gave me space to make an informed decision and I never felt pressured to buy.

I am docking one star because I had a negative interaction with another employee. I had to bring my machine in two days later for something very minor. While the gentleman who spoke to me and ultimately took care of the issue was helpful and kind, the woman who greeted me (an older woman with short white hair) in the store was incredibly condescending. She made a judgment based on my bringing in the sewing machine exactly as it was in the box (with the bobbin where the spool should be) and she disregarded anything I said. It was just not the way you should treat anyone, let alone a customer.

I will definitely come back to this store in the future but hope to avoid this specific person. It is too bad that this one interaction soured an otherwise perfect experience with buying a new machine.

If you are in need of a team of highly qualified sewing machine experts, then this is the place for you. I have had the opportunity to see first hand how a few members of Mike's team (Arizona, Helen P., Sue and young Mike) exhibits excellent customer service (knowledge sharing, timely customer call backs, door service to/from my car.) Not to mention expert machine repairs and great pricing on machines and accessories.
Working with Mike's team is like working with him. I appreciate you guys.

This place is great. I wanted a new machine and was helped by Arizona. She was really knowledgeable and recommended the perfect sewing machine for my needs. I’m so happy with my purchase. Very friendly atmosphere and I’ll be back in the near future to get my serger tuned up.
