Mike Davis, Brian and Travis are awesome. Mike was extremely helpful and patient. I never felt like I was being forced into buying something I did not want. Probably the best salesperson I have worked with in 10 years. Travis was very helpful with getting me to a price that I wanted. Brian helped close the deal with all the paperwork. He was very thorough and patient also. He also seemed like an all around great guy to talk with. He made me feel like I had known him for years.
This is hands down the best car experience I have had in about 10 years. Awesome staff and Mike also followed up with me which is rare now a days. Thanks again for all your help guys with my car purchasing experience and I will gladly refer friends and family to this dealership.response / report this review -

They will help you until you purchase your car. After that you are on your own. I have been trying to cancel warranties for months with them in order to process my GAP coverage after my total loss of my car. They have never returned my call, they have been "processing" my paper work for weeks at this point. I have now have to continue paying for a car I don't even have anymore because of Winter Haven Honda. I do no recommend them at all anymore. They do not want to help you.

We had a really good experience with Winterhaven Honda. James the internet manager was true to his word on trade and purchase price. They even let me take home a dealer inventory car while my new car was in transit. Thanks so much for all you did and making it such a great buying experience.

My experience at Winter Haven Honda has restored my faith in the car sales industry. Mike Davis and his team waited for me to tow my trade-in from two hours away and worked with me to close our deal well after the dealership was closed. Thanks to Mike and the team for enabling us to drive away with the perfect car for my wife!

My first visit to have my 2016 Odyssey serviced required well over two hours and was frustrating to travel an hour each way and then wait that long. Made a 12:00 appointment for our second service, as we don't travel that much anymore, and arrived at 12:00. At 1:30 my car was ready. I had a birthday gift certificate from Winter Haven Honda and attempted to use it, however the cashier said to save it as there wouldn't be any charge and to have a nice day.
P.S. Jacob is our sales person and if you want someone who is honest and caring he's your man.response / report this review -

I was less than impressed with this dealership. My husband and I walked around this dealership for at least 20 minutes and never once got asked if we needed any help. We finally went inside to talk with someone. There was a vehicle we were interested in, but they weren't willing to negotiate at all. We went to a different dealership, bought the same model we were interested in (with less miles) for the price that we wanted.

I live in Tampa and went around to many of the dealerships here. Couldn't find a good deal after negotiating. My parents live in Winter Haven so I went over to check out this dealership. This dealership was laid back and super friendly. The first number they came back was the number it took 3 or 4 back and forth sat the other dealership to get to. After a little negotiating I got a fair deal on my trade and walked away with a better payment than any other dealership I went to. I was in and out of there in 2 hours which included a test drive, negotiating, and signing my paperwork. Matt was my salesman and he was great. Very thorough and helped me learn all about the features of my new car. Glad I went here!!!!

I had a great experience purchasing a 2017 Pilot from Winter Haven Honda. I knew the exact vehicle that I wanted to purchase and emailed over a dozen dealerships within 150 miles from my home asking them to provide me their best price via email. Jeff Johnson and Sean Bryant quickly responded with a very competitive price in the exact format that I had asked for. When I made the drive down to get the vehicle everything was exactly as they had promised in the email with no hidden fees or additional costs. I had forgotten to have my wife sign the bank draft for our loan before I left so the check was no good. The finance manager Adan was very helpful and was able to get me very competitive financing in a matter of minutes so that I did not have to do another five hours of driving to retrieve the check. After I was done with everything my salesman Jeff Johnson stayed and helped me set up all of the electronic options in the vehicle even though his shift has already ended over two hours prior. It was very refreshing to receive great prices and customer experience.

I had an amazing experience at this Dealership on April 4th. The staff really knows how to take care of their customers by going the extra extra extra mile. The dealership was extremely clean and it was a pleasure to view all of the available cars, although there was ONE I was particularly interesting and ended up purchasing. The customer experience given by Mike Davis in Sales was totally amazing. We traveled far to come see this car on the lot and I have never seen a sales person go that far to make a customer that satisfied. Mike was my eyes via telephone, walked me out to the car and gave me all the information I needed to make the decision.. He met us there that evening, went on the test drive, walked us through the sale, made the paperwork as simple as possible as well as stayed late to make sure we were well taken care of by the Finance Dept. Mike also made absolutely sure the car was detailed and super clean when they deliver it. I must say, that is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks Winter Haven Honda. You ROCK!!! I would definitely buy from this dealership again as well as send my friends and family here.

Winter Haven Honda is a very nice dealership. The staff is always very nice and professional. I know that I can trust them to be honest with me every time I bring my car in for service or repairs. The guest lounge is very nice with free coffee and snacks for your enjoyment. The entire dealership is always clean and professional. I live a full hour away from here but I always come here gladly because I fully trust Winter Haven Honda to always treat me right.
