This hotel is in a good location right off I-75 and near USF and Busch Gardens. The hotel was very old and in need of renovations. You could tell it was a well used hotel. It was clean enough and the staff were friendly. No complaints really just nothing to write home about either.

Sharon was less than helpful. I arrived at 2:pm and she was sitting on her rear end and never acknowledged me. Without standing up, she stated that I could not check in until 3pm, so I went to the Courtyard Marriott which was more than welcoming to me for my 8 night stay. During our whole transaction, Sharon never lifted herself out of her seat. I had a reservation for 8 nights. Also, the lobby furniture was filthy. I will never stay at another Fairfield Inn because of her behavior. Disgusting

Housekeeping was decietful. The pillowcases were refreshed daily but, the sheets weren't. There was a plumbing issues with the tub which was hard to detect because if the discoloration in the tub. The water didn't drain properly which became apparent to me when I got in the shower. The overnight staff did try to accommodate us by switching rooms. But, due to the inconvenience it caused us to be late for the event we were in town for. Overall, I would not recommend to stay at this particular location.

Friendly people, heated Whirlpool, pool, exercise room, hot breakfast Rooms very clean I'm on the road a lot and this has to be the first time I'm impressed with a FL hotel. 😁 Satisfied

The hot tub wasn't hot and the bar going in was broken. The breakfast was good and well stocked. The room was comfortable.

Clean facilities that are close to highway for easy access to restaurants and shopping. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I booked a room months in advanced and it was a 2 Queen room, I got there at 1 in the morning and they canceled my room and told me they had a hotel that's was 9 mins down the road for free. It was more like 20 mins and I had to get on the highway. I got there and the room had 1 bed. Also I'm a frequent member. Don't book this.

For a Marriott I wasn't impressed. The bathroom was dingy and the night staff want friendly during check in. This will not get a repeat visit.

Arrived to meet family for breakfast. The loby was average size for the hotel and the eating area was a little small. The food was your typical eggs, sausage patties, a few cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. The staff were very nice and were constantly replenishing food. All in all it was an average free hotel breakfast.

The staff was very pleasant, the hotel room I stayed in was very clean, it smelled clean, the bed was amazingly soft and comfortable, the color scheme is very inviting, the area where the hotel is located is very nice, (Marco's Pizza is like 5 minutes away and is great place to pick up some good quick food after a long trip) the continental breakfast was awesome it had so many choices. I truly tuly TRULY enjoyed my one day stay there. Will most definitely go back when I visit Florida again.

I'm here for a couple of nights for business it is a decent hotel although a bit dated the breakfast was atrocious and the air conditioner and refrigerator aren't working that great. Staff is nice and helpful.
