Everyone at Hill is extremely kind and helpful. I had a wonderful car buying experience. They are very fair and helpful. Jonathan Diaz and Craig Bailey and the manager were all wonderful! And of course Mr. Hill!

We have bought 4 cars there. Some salesmen are better than others. But a friendly place. Went there for a used car in my payment range. We got talked out of it by the salesman. Only to see the payment on the new car he was trying to sell us, was way higher than I wanted to pay. But still, All experiences there were friendly. Nissons are ranked high for dependability.

Nick Wines was our salesman and he did a fantastic job. We were able to do everything over the phone. My daughter picked her color, we scheduled a time tI come in and sign and off we drove. The finance department was ready for us to sign and get the keys. No haggling back and forth for hours. Quick and easy! Thanks again to Nick Wines!

I have purchased 2 Altimas from Hill Nissan and will not go anywhere else! They take care of you from the minute you walk in the door till you drive off in your new car. From the sales to finance everything goes smoothly. Bernie is an exceptional salesman and he showed me everything on both my cars from starting it to linking my phone. Hill Nissan will go above and beyond to make your experience a positive one. Make your next car buying experience a good one call Robert, Bobby, Will, Bernie or Thomas, you won't be disappointed.

I moved to FL 2 years ago and since moving here I've only gone to Hill Nissan for my services. My last three interactions with Hill were a disaster but my experience today 9/21/2017 is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced in my life.
I made an appointment online a week prior to my service. I indicated on the appointment I needed an oil change, brake service, windshield wipers and for them to diagnose a clicking sound I was hearing or feeling in the left front wheel. My appointment was for 8am, I arrived at 7:30am when they opened I was taken in promptly.
I was assigned to service writer Brandon, I reiterated to him all the services I'd like accomplished and that I would be back at 4:30PM to pickup my car. I also asked him to call me to let me know the findings of the diagnostics and the cost, he assured me he would.
Having not heard from Brandon at 12Noon, I called and got a lackluster person on the phone who attempted to reach service twice and then asked me if I'd like to leave a voice message. I opted out of the voice message and instead called back at 1PM. After waiting on hold and after being asked several times why I was calling, Brandon came on the line, I asked him for a status. He stated that the oil change and wiper blades had been taken care of and the technician is doing a test drive of the vehicle. I asked what about the brake work and he stated that the brakes requires the wheels being taken off and that had not been done yet. He hinted that they may not complete it and I may be given a loaner. I found that odd since the vehicle had already been there for a half day and still had a good 4 hours left to be there before I had to pick it up. Brandon told me he would call me back at 3:30PM with a status. Needless to say no call came, I called back at 4:00PM again same multiple questions from the person answering the phone about why I was calling and numerous attempts to transfer me to service, then she indicated she would page Brandon. Brandon got online and indicated my vehicle was not complete and again that a loaner would be provided. I told Brandon that I would need my vehicle as I am scheduled to go out of town.
When I got to the dealership at 4:20PM, Brandon was not available another person attempted to help I advised him I'm here to pick up my car, he was not able to locate my key or the vehicle so I had to wait for Brandon for a few minutes.
Finally Brandon was able to track my vehicle down from wherever it was parked in the lot all day NOT TOUCHED at all. There was NO OIL CHANGE, NO BRAKE WORK, NO WIPER BLADE REPLACEMENT and of course NO DIAGNOSTICS. I was also advised that they do not have any loaner cars at this point.
Brandon offered a free oil change and wiper blades if I would bring my car back, that was all, he basically said, he does not know what goes on in the back, he can only do what he can. If Hill Nissan was the only Nissan Dealership in the world. I'd junk my car and walk this experience was not only incredulous, aggravating, disappointing but most of all hurtful as I did not receive the service I've come to expect from other Nissan dealers in the past. I would NEVER refer anyone to this place. If you can take the time drive out to Tampa and Orlando to the Nissans in those area do that, Hill Nissan has gotten comfortable because they're the only ones servicing this area and it's a shame.response / report this review -

Javier was a joy to work with in getting the exact car that I wanted. Very responsive, informative and determined to get things done in a timely manner. Although we've never met in person, he was very friendly & easy to talk to. Thank you and I look forward to meeting you when I come to pick up my new family member, (2017 Nissan Rogue Sport)!!!!

I have bought probably 30+ cars in my lifetime and this is by far the best car buying experience I've had. Steve in sales was great and very efficient and thorough and always responded right away to calls and texts. I called to inquire at 630 on a Friday evening and was called back 10am the next morning and the deal was done. Gary in finance has been in the business for 40 or so years and is very efficient and thorough. A great non pushy atmosphere that is family owned, will definitely go back.

I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. I went there for help and was immediately given it. No one ever tried to pressure me and I know I was given a great deal. Alex, Bobbie and Kim were honest, down to earth, and friendly. I will recommend them to anyone wanting a great car for a great price.

Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Wayne Lance assisted us in purchasing a 2017 Nissan Rogue during the Memorial Day weekend, and more than exceeded our expectations and budget. He was courteous, knowledgeable, but most of all, a pleasure and joy to work with. My wife, daughter, and I drove over 60 miles from Tampa to Winter Haven because my brother-in-law said Hill Nissan would "treat us right". We were not disappointed. I will highly recommend Hill Nissan to all my friends, co-workers, and family as an outstanding place to find the right car for anyone who's looking, and Wayne Lance as the right person to help them. All I can say is Hill Nissan is an outstanding dealership and Wayne is an exceptional person.

This was the easiest car buying experience my husband and I have had. Dan Myers was very friendly. We would gladly buy another car from Hill Nissan. Everyone was very pleasant. My husband was so excited about the warranty, $5.00 oil change and $5.00 tire rotation for the life of the car. Thanks Dan and Hill Nisson for the great experience.

Just bought my second car from Hill Nissan. My salesman (Bernie) was helpful, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. We have worked with Bernie 4 years ago. He was great then and nothing has changed. The finance team was awesome went out of there way to get me the best deal possible.
I will visit Hill Nissan again when it's time for a new vehicle.
Thank you Bernie and Kim for the wonderful experience and I will see you when I'm due for my first oil change
