Office staff including Solae and Keanna were great. My hygienist Amica was very personable and funny. She did a great job on my teeth. The Dentist is the coolest dentist I’ve ever met. I’ve been going to Winning Smiles since it was owned by Brooks Family Dental. I am extremely happy that they have kept the practice in the black community. Dr. Gentry is so kind, and has done a great job maintaining the amazing customer service with the same staff. Carolyn has been cleaning my teeth for 5 years, and has always been pleasant and thorough - at this point she is family :-). I love it here, and they will continue to be my dental office here in Charlotte.

I love this dental office. It used to be Detra Brooks Family Dentistry and now Dr. Walter Martin takes over the place. I love their new name.."winning smiles". They kept my hygienist, Carolyn. She's very good on what she does and very sweet. I love talking to her. I give 5 stars to this place and 100% recommend it.

The hygienist and Dr Martin are phenomenal! They do excellent work and provide professional service with a smile. He has made many new changes that are all great for the business! He and the staff are very kind and make me very comfortable with my dental care.
