Where do I click for 6 STARS? We hired Rob to design our custom home after firing our Architect (Patterson Design/Build LLC). The contrast could not be more stark. We would suggest something we wanted and Rob went to work on incorporating it. We gave him a spreadsheet of needs and wants and they all showed up in our first drafts. Then we could see where our ideas were bad and adjust accordingly. Our AIA architect, on the other hand, seemed to spend a lot of energy telling us that we did not want what we thought we want. We have finished plans from both sources. We are building what Rob designed, it includes a lot more of what we asked for and is visually more appealing. Who'd of thought? (P.S. Rob was less than 1/3rd the cost.)

I can’t say enough. We worked with Rob on our first home in 2014. Loved his design and work. So we started another plan last fall. Again he was fantastic. Took our dreams and made them a reality.
He is patient and willing to help you get it right and really makes you feel understood and important.
I would highly recommend him and will forever appreciate his kindness. Thanks Rob!!

We worked with Rob on the design of a 1974 home we fully renovated. Rob's ability to listen to the customer's need and desires while jumping in and.providing recommendations and guidance when you get confused is what sets him apart.

He also has a great working relationship with the county plans and permit office, a real bonus when working on a sticky compliance issue.

I'll always go back to Rob for our design needs.

Rob designed a contemporary home design for me on an infill lot in Clark County overlooking Vancouver Lake. The slope of the property presented many design challenges which were not an issue for Rob. We ended up with a beautiful home with all of the features and design that we had hoped for. Rob is very professional and conscientious. Just give him a call and you'll be glad you did.
