Overall we had a very good experience with Mass Interact. Glen in the sales department was very easy to work with and very responsive. My administration team was extremely pleased with the final product. It took nearly double the time originally quoted to get the project done and communication among the development team became very hard to come by towards the end. Admittedly, the pandemic forced everyone into foreign working conditions, which may have contributed. Again, overall we really enjoyed our experience working with Mass Interact and the product suits our needs very well.

Working with Mass Interact has been a great experience. Glen, Adil, and the whole team were amazing and responsive throughout the whole process for each shoot we did. At this point we have used them for multiple shoots at facilities across a number of states and each experience has been great. We have done projects with Mass Interact before and we absolutely love working with them. They are incredibly knowledgeable and responsive when issues arise. Most of all we loved their flexible, adaptable style. Whenever we needed to make on-the-spot decisions they were very easy to work with and could come up with a way to make it work.
