Ordered food last night for us and our company we had over. They charged my card and never delivered it. Waited over an hour, tried calling and no answer then they closed. Yes, they said they would refund me today but wouldn't give us a voucher or anything else to make it right. No apology. Didnt seem to care. Ridiculous. Poor service.

I have been ordering pizza heaven for 2 or more years. This past year I've been noticing a decline in quality not in food but in service, When you call to place an order it seems you need to get through about 2 or 3 people to take your order correctly. When you do pick up your order it seems that a few items are missing or the order is completely wrong. I just think they could do better.

I love the chicken here. I order it often. Only issue I have, and the only thing holding back a 5 star review is your delivery driver. Dude needs to bring stuff inside, not call me that he's out front. I work in an office, and at any given time, I could be with a customer, on the phone etc. I tip well, and I don't mind tipping, but if you're doing half of your job, then you're getting half your tip 🤷🏻♂️

Wow. Not only great pizza but the best service. They greatly helped us in our time of need and disaster. A must stop if you are in the area. Huge thanks for your generosity and care. Huge selection and steaming hot
