Went recently with my dad. The sales assistant seemed like a decent guy. The owner 'JJ' seemed like stereotypical sales crook. If you are familiar with the 1996 movie "Matilda"; her father, played by Danny DeVito, is a crooked car salesman who takes advantage of people. This is the character I am reminded of by the owner of this place. We did not purchase any vehicle from them although we did seriously consider it. We decided not to because we kept getting conflicting information from the sales assistant and the owner. Sales assistant told us the car was from a trade-in, then the owner said it was from an auction. The sales assistant at one point told us all the problems would be taken care of before purchase, but then after getting back from test driving the vehicle he told us nothing would be getting fixed, but then when my father spoke to him on the phone later that evening he once again said some issues would be fixed before purchase. although when we were there and we were speaking to the owner he also said nothing would be fixed and the car would be sold as is, but we were also told things would be taken care of? The vehicle we took out for test drive had no gas (we had not noticed until after we got it on the road). It was (no joke) seriously below the Empty line. We turned around, got back to the place, went inside to tell the guy the car had no gas We expected someone to come fuel the car.however the guy gave us a $20 dollar bill and asked us to fuel the car at the nearest gas station. (LOL I am not making this up.) None of the cars we looked at were clean. I read another persons review who correlates these points; dirty car, no gas, and was told the cars problems would be fixed before purchase. this is everything we experienced. However they actually bought a car from this place and a major problem was not fixed. I am lucky enough that my dad is an old experienced mechanic and this certainly was not his first rodeo. The whole thing seemed fishy and I am not surprised to see the bad reviews here. I do believe the owner is taking advantage of people either because he is lazy or because he thinks he's clever. They kept apologizing that the cars were dirty and had problems, saying they haven't had time to bring it into the shop. They had weird excuses with stories that did not add up and I do believe they are intentionally trying to take advantage of people. The car we looked at was 10 years old, had a lot of problems (dash lights, rust, interior/exterior damage) and was asking a lot of money making it seem like they would be doing us a favor of some sort. I do not recommend this place and actually wonder if they should be investigated.

I bought my Nissan Sentra from them in 2015. It had a a engine light problem an that should have been a sign for me to walk away from it but I was assured by the sales men that it would be taken care along with some other things. I got the car there was no gas an it hadn't been cleaned. They had nothing to showed what had been be done to it. I got 30 miles down the road an the engine light came on. I took it back to them 4 times an it sat there for 2 weeks an as of today I still have engine light issue. Its reading says that it's an issue with the evap system catilator converter an it I m looking at over 1400 for a problem that was suppose to been taken care of. On my first inspection I had to do over 800 worth of work stuff that was suppose to been done , second inspection almost a 1000 an still dealing with the engine light. My mechanic says replacing the cat at this point is more money then what the car is worth. I still have till march to pay an I don't think it's going to make it nor will it pass inspection this time. My brother got burnt by them as well, an I have spoken to many who have had their issues. I was greatful to get the car I put a fair amount of money down when I bought it. All I wanted was the engine light to be taken care of.They are not honest an don't care an they got there money. I wouldn't recommend them . This car was not legally inspected and not once did I ever see paper work on what they did. I got some excuse why there wasn't anything. Maybe some people have been lucky with them but I know many who experiences have been a nightmare.

Was sold a truck in December of 2016 they passed it for inspection and I went to have it inspected again in May 2017 with about 4,000 driven since we got it to find out there was no emergency brake hooked up and it needed $2,500+ worth of work to pass inspection yet most the stuff it needs could have never went that fast or within that low of miles, plus they had kept the truck for two additional days after we bought it to fix and get it ready for inspection, when we got it besides what it needed for inspection it needed a gas cover face plate and the drivers power seat fixed they never did fix any of that either. I'm very disappointed with winners circle and will not buy another v

I didn't get time time to rite this sooner, but I wanted to make sure I left a review of Winner's Circle. They are by far the best people my family has bought cars from, and we plan on going back for another one hopefully soon. I told Mark I was heading up to look at another car and happened to see the same one at their dealer in a different color. He gave me a good deal on the car knowing I didn't have a huge budget since my car was just deemed totaled. After seeing how bad the service was at the other dealership, I came back to Winner's Circle to look at the car. I took the Prius for a test drive and Mark explained some of the features of the car and that it drives a little different from other cars. I went in and put a deposit on the car since I was waiting on the insurance check. The check was late in the mail and them knowing my situation, had me sign a paper to take the car home, so I could drive the check up another day. By far the best customer service there, I don't mind doing the hour drive a all for these people. Everyone there works to put the customer first in any way possible, I've told so many of my friends about the amazing service I received from these people as well as the great deal on a car I love. I've been driving it only a few weeks now, no problems at all with the car other than maybe needing brake pads by the end of summer. That's the first time I can say that about a used car. There's a few bad reviews on here, and I don't know why at all, but if you're looking to buy a used car, this is by far the best place to go!

Well I can say this. Nobody helps more people with bad credit within a 100 radius then Winner's Circle Auto. I have been doing business with them for years. If you have bad credit they will help you without judgement. What happens after that is up to you. I see allot of bad reviews. I would just like to say to those people sorry you could not afford the luxury of your local Lexus dealership but I'm sure they did all they could for you.

The Winner's Circle has a very helpful and welcoming staff.
These guys did everything they could to accommodate me with what I was looking for. I've never walked into a dealership with friendly family like vibe like this one.
Thank you JJ and staff you really helped me get back on the road!

Do not purchase a car from Winner's Circle Auto. After telling us they could get us the best rate from their bank, they said we were approved for the loan and the car was ours. We agreed to come back the following week so they could fix a few things with the car and clean it out. When we returned a week later, it still wasn't ready. We had to hang around close to 5 hours waiting for the car to come back from the shop. When the car final did arrive, it was filthy! There was cigarettes butts in the ash tray, pizza crust stuck in the vent and they didn't so much as vacuum. We took the car anyway because I was sick of waiting and cleaned it myself. We were given the keys, paperwork and documentation to register the car and left.

A week later I received a call saying that we actually did not receive the loan and that we had to come back with the car. I was very confused and never heard of such a thing. I called the Better Business Bureau and turns out I am not the only one who has contacted them regarding this business. We returned the car (in better condition then when we bought it) and still have not received our deposit or down payment. They also ran my husband and I's credit so many times that it decreased by 200 points, it is destroyed!

It was the single most horrible experience I have ever had with any company! They were rude, scam artists and the place is disgusting. I have contacted my attorney with them matter who has informed me that this is a classic " Yoyo " scam. And action can be taken.

    Good luck!
