I do not recommend this place. I test drove a car and it died no more than five minutes away from their place and it took them 45 minutes to get to us. Then told us to get back into the car and drive it which again it died. Then had to walk back to the dealership.
Absolutely horrible place to buy a vehicle from. They don't fix anything covered under warranty, they will lie and say they don't make the part and weld your sway bar and say it's fine. It's been a nightmare trying to get them to do or fix anything wrong with the vehicle. They put 2 clear stickers on it before they inspected it which is illegal and still it was not safe for the road. DON'T BUY FROM AUTO WHOLESALERS!!! You will end up screwed
The service was excellent! The owner and Ben, really worked with us. We are happy with the price and purchase of our new Durango!
This is my second time purchasing a car from these guys and again, I'm so happy that I found one of many quality cars for a great deal! They worked with my low credit score. They were extremely helpful in letting me test drive the cars in my price range, in addition to being fair and honest salesmen. I would highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a used car!
Great place to buy a pre owned vehicle. Also offered me a 5 year 100,000 mile warranty for very inexpensive rate!
Ask for Paul Raymond!
We were lucky to have Ben Rosado as our salesman, he was very patient, listened to our needs and found us the perfect car.
We did test drive 6 very different makes and models as we weren't sure what we wanted. Ben had several makes and models all within our price range ready for us to try. He had them parked conveniently running with the a/c on!
We enjoy the comfort, ride, and safety of larger SUV's and have found that Auto wholesalers typically has what we are looking for and that is why we keep coming back! Ben Rosado, our salesman, and the owner John, were awesome. We were able to get the financing for the Suburban we wanted because of the owner, along with a great warranty! We have had the Suburban from 2 months now and it's been fabulous! Thank you Ben and John!
August 2016, I purchased a 2016 Chevy Malibu LT from these clowns, never again I will say that for sure. I test drove the vehicle, and informed the salesman of a noise from the front end, was told the shop would look at it, and take care of it before delivery. They added air to the tires, that was not the issue. I contacted them less then a week later for same noise returning, they took the vehicle back, and claimed they replaced the wheel hub/bearing assembly on the pass anger side, and replaced 2 front tires. Well let me just start by saying they just slapped a sicker on the car, and never inspected the vehicle properly by NH State requirements . They claimed they replaced the said parts, and never did, and put used tires on my vehicle. In June there was a noise back on the vehicle, and I took it to a shop I know and trust, to find out the said parts were all original, and they Mickey Moused the passenger side bearing assembly, the "2 new tires" they claimed the replaced had the belts coming out of the side. This came at a cost of $1300 to me, and the GM Tim said I was basically SOL at point. I drive the highway to and from work, and that is just about it. They claimed they have receipts for the parts, however r anyone can buy parts, save the original copy, and return said parts. The bearing assembly in my vehicle were all original, and never replaced, and they wondered why I did not go to them first for the repairs. YEAH OK they lost my trust with the first go around. I have young kids who have been riding in this vehicle the entire time, and the vehicle has been unsafe. I am also going to report to the NH State Police for giving stickers on vehicles that will not pass inspection in the first place. BUYER BEWARE, THEY OWNER CLAIMS HE IS WORRIED ABOUT HIS REPUTATION, YET SELLS SHADY VEHICLES, AND DOES MICKEY MOUSE REPAIRS IN HIS SHOP.
I don't know anything about the negative reviews I'm reading. I bought a 2012 Dodge ram and wanted them to take 2 grand off the price and install new running boards, also new pads and rotors all around, plus an up-to-date alignment without adding anything to the price. Salesman Dan lalanne and owner Jon Kelly had no problem making this happen. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here. I totally recommend this dealership for your next vehicle.
Stay away from this place. The owner, John Kelly, won't back up their own issues. Sold me a truck and within the first month it had electrical problems. They tried to repair it 3 times and the problems keep changing. Now the speedometer is off 30 mph, and the owners only solution is to give me half of what I paid 6 months later. Paul Doane is a very good salesman, and tried to do his best, but the owner is lacking ethical responsibility to do the right thing. If you use their garage repairs make sure it's all in writing because their records are incomplete as well. Don't buy a car here or you will be sorry.
I have never liked Car dealerships, i always had anxiety when preparing to deal with the usual sales people. But the worrying was for no reason, i felt comfortable al most straight away. The process was so easy, i saw the stunning red car i wanted. We went for a test drive and i felt that myself and my wife were like best friends with the sales person who was named Burt BTW. I think a little reality came to town, as my credit is not that great. Me and the wife, went into see the Finance Manager who was named Shamus! We struck up a friendly conversation with no rush, like normal dealerships. It turned out that Shamus is Irish, like my heritage lol. Anyway the Finance forms were helpfully filled out by Shamus, and we had a decision in not much time. We were both shocked at the great rate, he had got us. We traded our old car, for an almost new RED car, and the payment was less than we expected (even getting Financed) So i guess you could say, we have found new Friends in the Dealership with an awesome car. So smiles all around, Auto wholesalers of Hooksett 5 stars, highly recommend.
Straight forward and transparent auto purchase. I had already researched the vehicle I wanted (Year/make & model), and when they had one listed in their inventory I went to check it out. Car was as described, passed my initial inspection(s), and we went to discuss a possible sale.
I'll be candid: I was surprised at how transparent the 'numbers' were. I already know the market for the Jeep, having been shopping for one for a clean one over a long time. So when we discussed price - it was right what the market was bearing (from both private and other dealerships). Wethen discussed my trade-in, and thier the original offer was a little lower than I liked. But with one quick round of negotiations on my part, lol, I was at a happy trade-in number to go with my purchase price.
I had my own financing arranged, so can not comment on their process or options.
All in all, a straight-forward business transaction with great customer service. Happy with the jeep and no issues at all (so far, 6 months in)
DO NOT buy any car from here. The car that was purchased for ($10,000) had issues within the first 3 weeks. No one mentioned any problems with the car and when we went back to this dealer they DID NOT stand behind their vehicle, they wanted nothing to do with it. Very dishonest. Car is worth less than half than what it was sold to us for, but we were made to believe it was a good deal. Has many issues that will cost thousands to fix. Very unhappy. Other dealers don't even want to do a trade in because the car is worthless. Usually don't write reviews, but we are so disappointed and wish we had known better.
