Spent over 20 minutes in line to get up to the guard gate to get clearance to visit our friends for about an hour. The security guard takes 3 people drivers license from cars waiting in line, then goes into the booth to do something with them, then steps out to talk to someone who walked up to the booth, then eventually brings back my driver's license and says, we can't let you in as they have the maximum number of cars at their house already. What! Now it's close to 30 minutes trying to stop in for a short visit and they refuse to let us in. I was thinking this would be a nice place to rent when we go on vacation. No way! My friends said they'd never come back here again either. Snotty rude guard gates!!! Rules like you can't have a visitor for a short visit because they have a tiny limit on the number of cars allow to visit someone. What a terrible place for a vacation!!!

I spent the weekend at the Windsor Hills Resort. The rental was very clean and comfortable. There was more then enough room for me and my family. The pool and other amenities were available and very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Loved it.

The room was great. Didn't meet any staff, so I can't say much about that. The pool area was nice and everything was as expected. Everything was clean. A few bugs here and there but that's what happens in a southern environment.

We rented a house previously and that's why we returned to this community. This last house was not clean, they left the pest control issues for the last minute I guess because there were cockroaches everywhere. Beds need an improvement and you can tell the repairs they have done to the bathrooms are just to last from guest to guests. As some people mention location is great for the Disney Parks, we have great service from the security staff. There's just paper supplies to get you started, so come prepare.I added some pictures from the fridge,rooms and a cover of one of the beds.

So far our stay had been delightful. The only issue we have had was that the room we were staying in was not treated well by the last guests and unfortunately doesn't seem like the cleaning crew took very good care of it. Very minor issue. The pool is great. Security is friendly and helpful and it's an all around beautiful area.

The pool is nice.There was live music when we visited. The shop at the clubhouse has hot snacks available to order and a few beers on tap. Our three bedroom unit is great but they're privately owned so experiences may vary greatly.

The place is quite beautiful. The clubhouse and grounds are gorgeous. Lots of things to do, and a great pool area.
Houses are nice, but the "Palmetto Bugs" (Cockroaches) are absolutely terrifying, despite being harmless. They are HUGE.response / report this review -

If I ever came back to Florida I definitely would stay here again! Would not even consider looking for another place. Beautiful condo, gorgeous interior, beautiful pool and game room. Made memories with my 2 beautiful Granddaughters that I will cherish forever! Love you so much Kayla and Emily Dawson! ♥️

Rooms are clean and beds feel adequate, which is better than I can say for other hotels. The amenities are great. The community pool is pretty big and the gym is decent, but no free weights. The community is gated and very close to major theme parks.

We rented a 6 bed / 4 bath villa with a pool. The community is well looked after and quiet. It has a communal pool which looked good, although we didn't use it. The community is gated with 24/7 security which make you feel safe and secure. The 192 and masses of eateries is about 5 minutes drive, and Disney is about 10 minutes away.
