  Richard helped me with a reinstallation of a cd radio that he'd installed in another sedan years ago. I had pulled the radio out of the car and brought him the radio and another sedan with an old cassette player. He quickly took care of the installation and did a great job.
  
  I agree that he's a little brusque but he's an ex-Navy electronics technician [as I am] and doesn't tolerate fools. I can understand his reaction to the googler. Rush Limbaugh makes quite a bit of $ mouthing off for Bose [and mouthing off against anyone who is an antifascist], so perhaps he's a bit biased but Richard did great work for me. I think most republicans have a large turd for a brain, given the Cheney administration's abuse of our nation but I don't hold it against them. The mentally challenged are people too.

  I reviewed this business in June, but somehow my (negative) review was not published. I'll try again.
  
  I went here seeking advice and equipment about my elderly mother's Bose Wave stereo, which we had just given her as a birthday gift. She had wanted one her whole life, and we all pitched in to get it for her. She is thrilled with it and wanted to add some speakers so she could hear it in other places around the house. She just survived Stage 4 cancer so I went in her place to Interface to inquire about said equipment. The owner greeted me politely. However, once I mentioned the word Bose, he went into an elitist rant about the horrible quality of all Bose products, how they trick gullible rubes like my elderly mother into buying their inferior product, etc. etc. He even went so far as to give us a demonstration of how his favorite brand has a far superior sound. His rant included attacks on Republicans, framed as a joke.
  
  Now, I understand that he knows far more than I do about stereos. However, that is irrelevant. Not only did he ignore my request for information/equipment, he immediately started attacking our choice of product. Know what? My mother loves her Bose, and his job was to listen and perhaps suggest some equipment, not attack her choice of system. Her five children saved up to get her this system. He has no right to insult, degrade, and treat his customers with such snobby disdain. I originally chose this store to help out the local economy, rather than purchasing online or at a big box store, but now I'll bring my business to a more anonymous environment with no commercial or political agenda. How this business stays open is beyond me. The owner is a rude, callous man and he does not deserve anyone's business.

  Richard was extremely helpful, and seems to be doing everything he possibly can to save his customers money!
