Unprofessional Facility and Counselors, with no qualifications or credentials! Interested in stealing as much money as possible from insurance companies and forcing extended treatment to their “ sober living ” facilities through manipulation of family members! This place is a money pit trying to bring in as much revenue to their “extended treatment” programs and only recommending patients to their sister facilities. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! After 5 weeks I was discharged for filing a grievance against my “counselor“ for being rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful!!! They violate hipaa laws along with joint commission rules and regulations. I was disgusted with the way I was treated by staff and how my rights as a patient meant nothing to them! They deserve -5 Stars!!! If you Love your family and want them to get the proper treatment they deserve don’t take them to BILLINGway!

Having had a daughter go through treatment at Willingway, I can't say enough about the program and the staff. The treatment program was comprehensive and excellent and made the difference for my daughter, who is now one year sober after treatment for the first time in her life! The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I am a psychiatric nurse with a doctoral degree and I can tell you that if you are looking for a first rate treatment center for yourself or a loved one, Willingway is a choice that can make the difference between life and death. I am thankful that we were able to benefit from this amazing program!

I wouldn't even give this facility a quarter of a star. When you check on a loved one the staff always tells you they're good, which based on letters they're not. Raymond Scott is extremely unprofessional and unethical and rather than promoting and encouraging positive family realtionships as a good counselor should he does everything he can to come between them and tear them down, convincing the patient that their family isn't good for them and will come to resent and hate them and rather than going to a good home they should seek shelter elsewhere cutting ties with their family.

Willingway is at the top of any list I would ever recommend anyone to who needs assistance with addiction related challenges. They are consummate professionals, highly qualified, and incredibly supportive. From the emotional support, to the top notch medical care, they are simply the best.

The accommodations are also truly excellent. I have heard of facilities with multiple people to a room, and cots for beds. This place has extremely nice private rooms.

I would not say they are a "budget" solution, nor would I ever allow it to be said that they cater only to the rich. They are there to help with quality staff, accommodations, and food. These things cost money. They are NOT there to rip you off, and they are NOT a quick fix "cheap option. They WILL however work with people on payments.

We interviewed several treatment facilities for our daughter both on the west and east coast with the criteria that treatment had to involve detox as well as an established meaningful long term treatment possibility with a family counseling component. Staff ratio to patient population was important as was the caring experience base of the doctors, psychiatrist, and counselors.

Willingway Hospital in Statesboro GA was our choice and the results were well beyond our expectations. The process was not easy for her or her family but with enough time and the support of an excellent counseling staff, we all worked through it. More importantly, our daughter has celebrated her first 22 months of sobriety and has a new drug and alcohol free life to look forward to along with the skills necessary to guard against the dangerous triggers of a relapse. We are excited for her and so very thankful to the Willingway program for its outstanding service.

Beware of this cult! They will take all of your money and then kick you out on the streets and leave you homeless! DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE YOU LOVE!!!! The staff is unqualified and most are high on drugs the entire time, while they indoctrinate you into their religion and steal all of your money!
