Highly recommend coming to this office. I love the atmosphere, it’s kid friendly and very clean.
The staff go out their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I wouldn’t want no one else during dental work on me or my kids but Dr. Townsend office.response / report this review -

I can’t say enough good things about this office. I have been coming here for 3 years now and it’s always been the same. The staff has a wonderful attitude, always caring and helpful and the dentists are fantastic. They have been amazing even with my fears. I highly recommend to anyone

My family and I have been going to Dr. Townsend for over two years now. Kid friendly! Very professional! As a busy mom of 4 I love the constant reminders of dates! As well as weekend visits! Highly recommend for any and all dental needs!

As usual, my visit was superb. The dental hygienist, office staff, and Dr. Townsend were extremely courteous and knowledgable. I will miss the dental staff when I relocate in the near future. Hands down, the best dental office in Hinesville!

Great first visit! Will definitely recommend to anyone for pediatric dentistry. My 3 year old son loved it, and the interaction with him and the dental assistant was great. I think it made him feel more comfortable and excited about the visit.

Townsend Family Dental is undoubtedly one of the best dental practices in the region. Seriously, this place is like a day spa for teeth. They did everything right! The atmosphere is calming, the people are friendly, and everything is organized. If you're into technology, they are very advanced in this area too by offering the option to receive digital communication as well as having the best equipment. They also took the time to educate and make things convenient for me as opposed to rushing through the process to get to the next patient. This made me feel at ease because I have anxiety about going to the dentist. I was so comfortable that I scheduled my 3 year old next week instead of using a pediatric dentist. I recommend anyone looking for a great experience to try them. You will be impressed with the cleanliness, professionalism, efficiency, and service throughout the entire organization.

The office was very inviting and very clean. Staff was really pleasant and accommodating. Hygienist and doctor very professional. The only thing I was looking for since it take children, have an area for them (books, learning toys, blocks ie). When asked a kid movie was played. Overall great place would recommend.

Had the best experience ever the girl who cleaned my teeth was just amazing! The lady's at the front desk are so welcoming and great to talk to!! I'm so happy I found such a great dentist!! The environment is just great! I was in and out best dentist experience I've ever had!!

Amazing and friendly staff! Really nice office. Dr Townsend was so nice and professional. Although not a pediatric dentist, he was so gentle with my 5&6 year olds. Highly recommend

Dr.Townsend was excellent! His care during my daughter's extraction was amazing! Mrs. Bridgette even went the extra mile to assist me by calling my insurance for clarification on approval! He is definitely my dentist of choice!

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. We had a change of insurance which meant we were no longer able to see my kid's previous dentist and hygienist which they were a bit bummed about. My little guy was apprehensive at first but was easily calmed by Brandy when she took his x-ray. She was great with him, and very patient. Dr. Townsend stopped by the room while we were waiting for our hygienist, which my son thought was really cool. He was then not surprised to see him again for his exam. He has told several people about the laughs he had with Dr. Townsend over the fluoride procedure and the duck face.

They were fantastic-I went one day and my experience was exceptional! I then brought my kids the next day for their appointments and again the experience was amazing. From the ladies at the front desk to the ladies in the back and both Dr's we seen-we had a great experience and we have already scheduled our next appointments. I would highly recommend Townsend!!
