Would love to give this dump a zero but it makes me give one star. Do not take your loved ones there if you want them to live! Room was filthy, mama had mysterious cuts on her legs and at one point to the best of our knowledge she was drugged to keep her quiet. We entered the room and she was completely unresponsive. We asked for a transfer from this dump and the administrator answered for the doctor saying they would not approve a transfer without signing an AMA (against medical advice). The administrator was very rude and did not care about anything but filling beds. One mention of a lawyer and the doctor approved the transfer and within fifteen minutes was in an ambulance and headed to the hospital. Words of wisdom. If you care about your loved ones don't go here. They will die.

Only giving a one star because I cannot go lower and rate! This place is awful, the techs are lazy and don't care. The first time I visited my daddy I walked into his room to find him laying in his own feces, it was all over the sheets, pillows and hos hands and body. There were even flies buzzing the room. We had to tell the techs to come clean him immediately, the nurse over seeing his care lied saying she saw him within an hour of my visitpoop doesn't dry within an hour! When I spoke to the admin, she apologized but no action was taken. Since my dad was in hospice I contacted the hospice agency to inform them of what I found as well. Who is handling the situation as well. What happened was illegal, its called patient abandonment. No one, living and sick or at deaths door should be treated so awful. These people do not care about any of the patients, my observations were, they do not intract with these people at all, they just half way go through the motions. Please do not send your loved ones here!

Terrible place. Let my grandmother sleep on dirty sheets for 21 days, which was her entire stay there. If I could give this place a zero I would. DON is nasty acting. My grandmother did not get a shower for 3 days. My grandmother was still forgetful due to anesthesia and could not answer questions but defiantly knew what she was talking about when she told me she hadn't showered. They told her she couldn't shower because the heater in the shower wasn't working. DON said maybe my grandmother "refused" to go with the aides, which was a lie. They also never helped her too the best side toilet at night. I caught her taking her self on night. She is never going back to this facility. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE. I DO NOT CARE WHAT THE DOCTORS SAY, DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM. TAKE THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE.
