Do not come here for anything other than outpatient surgery. If you have to stay over after surgery you will be in an immense amount of pain unnecessarily.
Exceptional service and helpfulness. Was treated with a friendly attitude by all staff we were involved with. Clean environmet. A 5 star rating for sure!
I brought my husband here at 6:30 pm tonight, it is now after midnight and I am still sitting here waiting for them to release him. Enough said!!!!!!
My 14 year old daughter had surgery at this facility and the experience was phenomenal. The preop visit was seamless as well as our 4 day hospital stay. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.
The waiting for xrays takes so long. That's like so horrible!!
Was seen the beginning of August 2017, they got me in a room very quickly, and that's about the only positive thing I can say. I was there for an injury I got while working so it was workers comp. I told them that right from the beginning, as well as writing it on the paperwork I filled out. After an xray I was told I had a very bad sprain..and that was it. After me insisting, they said they were giving me an air cast, when I asked for pain meds, Dr kept saying they wouldn't help.. finally he wrote rx, gave me no anti-inflammatory or muscle relaxer. Nurse fumbled with the air cast, clearly had no idea how to use it. As soon as I stepped down I knew it wasn't right, my foot was loose and sliding around in the cast, when I told them that, she said I just have to get used to it. When I got home and took it off and looked at it by myself, I realized the only way it could have been worse was if the bottom wasbackwards, because every other piece was improper. When I went to get my rx filled, they said. Hospital told pharmacist that I would have to go to my regular Dr for an rx. So 3 weeks later I am still in painand what do I find in my mailbox today??? my BILL, and it's marked SELF PAY!!! REALLY?!?!? I mean seriously, could this get any more mixed up??? I thought this was the best choice for my particular injuryCOULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG!!!!!
The staff is friendly. However, my low rating is due to the absolutely outrageous charges that they wanted to be paid. Make sure before you go here for surgery that the costs are explained and agreed to.
Every time myself or my family have had to go to this so called hospital to the er The doctors do not care at all They do not even come in and check you or try to listen to your concerns! Some of the nurses there are great but most of them are rude They sit and talk about patents as soon as they leave One time i went they had completely forgot about me being in a room And were mad a lady left bc she had been waiting so long and they were not busy all they were doing is sitting back there talking But the guy nurse was mad that she left bc of all the paper work he had to do bc of her leavingalso stated that if she ever did it again he would call dfcs on her And said " bet she wont ever leave again".. These people need to remember that they are there to help and care for people not sit and gossip and degrade them There is only one doctor that comes there my husband seen and he was amazing! Wish he could be the main er doc there! He took his time and checked out my husband made sure he had everything he needed! Not one other doctor up there has been like that! This is a poor example of a hospital and so called doctors!
It was possibly the worst experience i have had aith surgery the staff before surgery was polite and very caring yet after surgery and waking up i noticed i was already dressed and not by a family member or myself also i had a big bruise on my leg that was fresh and my urithra was in horrible pain from the cathader that was placed during surgery to which 2 weeks later i have no feeling in that area at all .i now have an appt with a doctor to find out what has happened to cause this.
I got blood taken. No pressure let the rest run into my arm. On star is 5 to many. I did a mistake that doesn't mean a nurse can torture me cause she listen to the officer
While heading back home, I looked up the closest ER. I called to make sure they took my insurance. They said yes. I went to the counter filled out my paper work, got called to the back within 20 minutes. My stats were taken and the women in the back were very friendly with smiles. I was sent back to the waiting area. (Not sure if they had any rooms available, and I wasnt dying. Lol)
Although I was worried about the last comment I read I realize everyone experiences will be different. Also being skeptical driving through an unfamiliar town. (On a road trip).
But the ladies were awesome. I didn't catch their names. I was a first time patient and rather come back to them before going on post. Just with being seen in a timely manner. I was out within less than an hour and half.
Thanks Ladies!!
