Probably one of the best apple picking experiences I've had and I dont even like picking apples. But the views are awesome both looking at it and while your in the orchard. I recommend going mid October when all the leaves are changing colors for the best pictures.
The location is superb. It's beautiful in the autumn, surrounded by foliage. The orchards have a large variety of apples which you can pick from. There were also tractor rides, a pumpkin patch, and live music while we were there mid October. Bring good walking shoes as it's a bit of a trek but definitely worth it!
Great selection of apples. Surprised how many trees have so many apples! Great selection. Be prepared to walk. Be comfortable. And lastly, grab some fresh donuts!!!! Hot and fresh!!!!
We went towards the end of September and there were TONS of apples. But call to see which apples are ready for picking because not all of them are. It's an enormous orchard so bring walking shoes. Their cider is amazing. They have hot dogs for food and snacks in their store. However, their apple cider donuts tasted good, it was just very tough and dense. Served warm!
I'm not sure what their dog policy is because I called and they said dogs weren't permitted unless it was a service dog and I saw non service dogs at the actually orchard and also at their farm stand. Big and small.
I would come back again, delicious apples and friendly staff.
best apple orchard to go to -- great donuts, apple picking, treats to buy. A great experience. My family has been going to this place for as long as I can remember, at least 10 years.
The staff are always nice and friendly, however, the last time we went (last year), a woman (the owner I believe) was in charge of giving the apple bags after they have been brought down by the tractor. She was extremely rude and told us that we would have to pay extra because our bags were filled a bit above the end of the bag. We have gone to this establishment for years and were upset to have been treated this way. We had to give up the extra apples because she wanted us to pay the price of the apples picked in the store (way more than what it costs to pick yourself). Definitely would return, but if we were to experience this again, probably not. It is a long drive and the owners should be aware that good customer service is everything.
Great place to bring the family.
Great all around and the best cider you'll find. Unfortunately it has grown crowded and pricey over the years.
Very large orchard with a lot of varieties. Even going as late as end of October, we still had plenty of apples (and not small ones !). Their apple cider donuts, freshly prepared, are to die for.
We love it. The kids have room to run and have fun
A great place to pick apples and great apple cider donuts.
