It's okay. Less options than other Hallmark stores. Staff isn't as knowledgeable.

Frustrating! After more than 10 years of buying all my greeting cards here, suddenly I'm given some run around story about a new managment policy that I can't redeem my rewards certificates when I'm using a coupon. I understand the policy of using only one couponbut a rewards certificate has always been treated as tender. It is not a coupon. I am very disappointed and angry about this. I will take my rewards certificate and my business elsewhere.
