Typically very quick, but they seem to not update the online catalogue very often because online they said they had none of a certain trailer but when we called they had 3. So always double check before hand! Otherwise very fast to pickup and drop off.

Excellent customer service - the van was pulled out and warmed up for us as we completed check out. The van was in excellent condition with very low mileage. Was running late - but staff had shown me where key drop off was in case I dropped the van off after closing. Overall a very nice experience and relatively inexpensive for what I needed.

Booked the appointment for a hitch installation, ordered a hitch to fit my car, and paid for it all online. They contacted me by phone to confirm the date/time (had to change it because of installer availability). Brought my paperwork to the shop and they had me in and out with a new hitch within the hour. The hitch is such a great fit for the car and you can barely notice the addition of the hitch as it's verywell hidden (I wish I could attach a picture to this review). Highly recommend these folks.

Michael provided an incredible experience for me. I reserved a 10' truck for 12:00 and arrived a bit early to pick it up. Even though they were busy, Michael helped me very quickly. The truck was in good condition, and after loading, provided one of the smoothest rides I've had in a moving truck. Drop off the next day was just as painless. If I need moving equipment in the future, I definitely would use this location. * I saw another user complain about inaccuracies from the website. I have to agree with that statement. Calling the location to find out exactly what they have is the best thing ti do.
