  Wilkes Community College is the BEST 2year college in NC! WCC has so much more to offer then all of the other community colleges around here.. WCC Campus sits surrounded completely by mountains & wilderness & it is so beautiful & calming!! They offer a 2 year degree program for literally everyone & the credits you earn at WCC will actually transfer out with you, when you move on to a four year college!! The teaching staff at Wilkes is amazing!! The teachers are so dedicated to their students & their success!

  The community college is a great place for lifetime learning. They have all sorts of courses available for participation by locals in the community. I also love MerleFest that they host in the spring of the year.

  Wilkes is a great school. Especially for the HEAT (heavy equipment and transportation) program and welding programs

  Wilkes Community is a great college. The Professors are excellent and have an open door policy that is phenomenal. A graduate of the Business Administration Associate degree guided me to running a successful business. If you are wiling to learn the tools and resources are there to use at your disposal.
