Room was nice, but a little small. Experience was a bit expensive, but lots of fun. The arcade kept the kids entertained and tickets for swag were easy to win. Don't expect a romantic getaway. This resort always seems full. I would like to see an adults only area for some quiet relaxation. Room service is not very expensive, but the menu is limited. If you so the Wyndam timeshare tour, the freebies are good but, as usual, it runs long.

The location is easy to find. Check in took a long time. The two room suites are great for families and there are plenty of comfortable beds for our family of 5 with a full kitchen and a mini fridge for leftovers. The water park was fun, even in the winter. The indoor-outdoor hot tubs were amazing with the steam rising from the water. The life guards at the surfing boogie board area were beyond fantastic. One was named Tyler and the other was wearing a blue Lead Lifeguard shirt and had short dark hair. Both were very patient with kids who were learning to do the boogie board and they offered assistance and tips and encouragement. Although our room was on the first floor in the hall by the water park and traffic to and from the park was plentiful, inside the room wasn't too loud and patrons generally obeyed quiet time hours.

Super nice hotel and water park resort. I have stayed during the summer and during the winter. I prefer the winter time as there are fewer people but also my wife and I would mostly stay inside anyways as we enjoyed those attractions more. We rode all of the rides as many times as we wanted to with a maximum wait of maybe 5 minutes. Workers at the water park and the hotel are very professional and polite. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area for a nice getaway.

This place is our all time favorite. We've been twice and each time was magical. There's so much to do and explore. There are life guards, but do make sure the kids stay with a responsible adult because it can be crowded and it's huge. I can hardly imagine how the lifeguards keep up with everyone. The food is so good and worth every penny in my opinion. We went once in the summer and nearly blistered our feet when walking to the kid sectionjust a side note. The staff is all so nice. Altogether 5 stars.

Fine location, not too far from Pigeon Forge. The front staff seem nice, but don't waste your time with their Wyndham meeting. They will tell you in and out in 90 minutes, but prepare for 120 minutes or longer. Stayed in a 1 bedroom deluxe which looks great from the doorway, but had dirty dishes in the cabinets and food crumbs in the living room. The walk-in shower is a nice touch other than it leaking into the whole bathroom. For the time that was spent at the resort, I would say 4 out of 5 stars worthy.

I made reservations at the resort several months in advance. I stayed for three nights. I was fortunate that I went up a day early because several in our group didn't receive rooms until almost midnight. The bathrooms are very small. I didn't have maid service for the three days I was there. I also had medication taken from my room. There were several nice restaurants however, the ones in Stone Hill don't open until 5pm. They don't serve breakfast until 8am. Its a beautiful place and not far from most shopping and restaurants. They really need to improve maid service, customer service and consider opening places earlier.

It has been a great place to stay. I have had fun in the water park with my wife and our two children. The kitty section for the toddlers was excellent for my one year old and my three year old since they are both under 42 in. The wave pool has been a lot of fun as well. It is unlike other way pulls I have been to. It may be smaller then the ones you get at the big amusement parks but the waves come out very interesting my meaning is that it seems to be coming out or originating from two different areas which makes the waves fun. I am extremely happy with my stay and I am looking for two coming back.

So much fun! The check-in was very fast, efficient, and the clerk was so friendly. The room was very clean and lacked nothing. The watermarks were clean, well-managed, and safe. We are repeat guests for a reasonthe staff knows what they're doing. Thank you so much for a great stay and experience!

We love staying here, water park included with your stay. Only problem is the time share on the property always is a hassle. But we have found a strategic way to the waterpark to avoid them. If you find this way you will have no problems with them. Rooms extremely clean, life guards are very nice. Will continue to come here

This place was a ton of fun! The facilities were all clean and everyone was very kind. The lines on all the slides went pretty quick and they were super fun! The only negative was that they had a ton of foreign lifeguards working there temporarily for the summer who couldn't speak English I tried asking them a question and they literally couldn't understand me. I just thought the person giving me CPR should be able to speak with the EMS, etc They were still very nice and good at their job though!

This is the third time that we have taken my brother's grandchildren to Wilderness at the Smokies. The boys look forward to going every year. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. They have a variety of water parks so from the youngest child to an adult there is something for everyone. It is close to the Parkway and to shopping. Food can be a bit pricey but there are several close restaurants to choose from. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves water parks and the convenience of staying at a resort.

My sons favorite place to go to ever! We absolutely love this place. The lines aren't bad like at splash country and you can go to your room rest a while and come back one night stay is two days of water park and it's an amazing place! The most fun my son and I ever had!

Great place and water fun for all ages from two years to adult. Buffet and another restaurant on site and five minute shuttles from the two areas. Several bars available for the adults at the larger outdoor pool and the indoor pool area. One thing this water park does lack is just a regular pool. Standard tourist type prices. There is also an arcade, mini golf, mini bowling, and other attractions.
Resort lost a star for smaller rooms and soundproofing is bad. Just the upstairs neighbor walking, etc., made sleeping difficult at times and the screams of children in adjacent rooms was very loud. This is probably why the resort has a designated "quiet time" from 11 to 7. Almost any violation of resort rules will fine you 300$ as well.

Great place for kids and teens. Parents have not much to look forward to. The hot tub at the indoor water park is nice, when you can get into it. It is very large, and has notices posted that children under 6 are not allowed, but as usual, no one listens, or watches their children, so it's normally over-run by little ones that are jumping and splashing, taking the relaxation factor out of it. The hot tub at the hotel on the hill is much smaller, but it's always cold, I've stayed there 3 times and it's always cold, waste of space if you ask me. Everything is super expensive there, so be sure you bring a lot of money. First time we went we did the kids eat free breakfast bar in the hotel on the hill, and paying for just my husband and myself, our bill was still upwards of $45. And if you forget your lighter, take it from me, drive to a gas station to buy one. They have lighters in the gift shops, but it's $6.99 + tax for a lighter, because it has this cheap wooden covering on it. I just needed flame!!

The facility is fantastic. Largest indoor water park in the state. Lots to do, everything obviously has a price.

You can get various style of rooms, most any manner you desire. They even offer small cabanas for rent in the new outdoor water park. Those cabanas are pretty pricey, they cost as much for a day as a regular hotel room and are only about 200 sq. feet or so. So not many use those.

There is a large indoor video arcade, with glo golf, wall climbing and miniature bowling.

With the size, they have a large staff, but they are not as attentive to children requesting assistance as parents. They do handle adult requests expediently.
