We recently shopped for months for a travel trailer that fit our needs. I spoke to every dealer in 150 mili radius, traveled to almost all the dealerships & decided on a floorplan that is very common. The difference maker for us that made us choose Wilder was the people. Our experience was incredible. We picked it up Saturday, and the PDI was smooth as it could be (thanks John - you went above and beyond helping with our WDH too)! Since we got it home we have noticed just a couple things that needed attention and Wilder has already ordered the pieces, so easy! Finance was simple, attention to detail was high & the quality of our Open Range can’t be beat! Thanks Steve for your time & your attention to detail!!! When I upgrade in five years to a fifth wheel, I’ll come see you again (don’t tell me wife)!

Highly reccomend over the big retail guys, get the attention you deserve and the service follow up you would expectgo see the team at Wilder to get all this and a fair price!

Very friendly staff. They're always willing to answer our questions, which is very nice for 1st time travel trailer owners. They have fixed all problems very quickly, and warranty work was done promptly and correctly. Highly recommend them!

Traveling from Texas to Missouri to purchase our new 5th wheel was as easy as they could make it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had a Level 2 RVIA inspector complete an inspection a week prior. The inspector said it was the cleanest roof he had seen, and In over a hundred page report, only a snap was reportedAnd they fixed that while he was still there! Thanks to Ben and Preston for starting our adventure out the right way!

This was our first purchase of an RV and could not have asked for a better company to work with! We loved the home town family feel of the business, and the one of a kind care we received. Loved to see that Preston (the owner) had his hands in more than one department, and was present pretty much the entire buying venture. You don't quite see that anymore with businesses growing and corporations thriving. So to see his presence so much was incredibly welcoming. We could not have asked for a better salesman, Ben was an absolute ease to work with. He is truly wonderful at the job he's in and couldn't be more genuine. The time and patience he took with us on choosing our first fifth wheel was more than just the job description, I could tell he truly enjoyed what he does and where he's at. No sales pitches, no rush, no pressure at all - which made our decision to go with Wilder RV that much easier and a very confident one. I know we will always be taken care of with these guys! On our 2nd camper from Wilder and couldn't be happier. Last year our camper had to have some warranty work done and the staff was very quick and efficient and got us taken care of and back on the road like it never happened. We have several friends that we camp with that have also purchased from Wilder RV and we all love the customer service that they have provided us! Absolute worst rv service/dealership ever. I wouldn't come back here if they paid me money. The good reviews for this place had to have been paid for. These guys either have no idea what they are doing or they are the laziest people I have ever known. They charge $100.00 an hour which is already higher than anyone around here. To make things worse with these people it must take over an hour just for them to tie their shoes. If you go here for any reason you will greatly regret it.
