The Fairwhat can I say about the Fair. In a lot of ways, you'll either love it or you'll hate it. I grew up with it and I love it. I will say that taking young kids is best done in small doses. There's plenty for them to see, but they will not want to be walking around in the heat to see it all. As a grownup I'd plan to spend the whole day there but for the under five crowd maybe plan on a couple to three hours.

My family and I had fun at the fair of course everything is so expensive it's gotten really ridiculous. But they did have fun. And when my husband and I went to the concert we had a lot of fun too. The wine tent seems to be the place to be after the concert so that's where we ended up and met up with some friends and had a great time!

We've only been once but we had a pretty good experience. We went on Law Appreciation day so we only paid a dollar for the 4 of us! They have everything there: history, animals, food, learning, and of course a carnival-which is HUGE! I don't know if I'd go every year because it's exhausting with 2 kids but we definitely plan to go again.

I've been going to the Missouri State Fair grounds for more than 5 different events, and it is awesome! We just did the Tough Mudder there a few days ago. Very well put together!

I loved everything about it. I have no complaints. The workers were attentive. Very friendly. My great-grandsons had a Blast. We all enjoyed our visit. We're going back next year. I PROMISE.

Anyone who wants to come have one of the best fair experiences of their lives needs to visit the Missouri State Fair. The food is great with many options. The ride are fun, the game are fun. The livestock are always great to see. The shows are a wonderful family attraction. Lots of exhibits, and great concerts.
It's a must see, no matter what state you live in

Always fun to see all the crafts, artwork and critters. Especially liked the "beefalos" cross between a beef cow and bison. 4-H is always impressive and the pie contest delicious! Such an enjoyable day! Delectable pie samples after the contest.

Nice camp sites. They were spaced a fair amount apart. It’s on grass so we had a rough time leveling out but finally got it close enough. Full hook up which was nice. They only except check or cash which we were prepared. Very Affordable. They do not take reservation as it is a First Come, First Service basis.

Great family place. Kids can see that milk, cheese, and othe rproioducts original source, not just the grocery store. Wish I had gone more as a kid, when given the chance. Nice people. ALSO, someone coplained about the treatment of animals here. These are championship animals that are pampered beyond what a pet would experience! PETA may not hold a convention at the fair, but thats ok. Those folks wouldn't enjoy a great hamburger anyway. Get there before its over!

Love that there's so many buildings you can go into to cool off. Mckinnys chicken awesome and Missouri beef house awesome. Not as many give away samples as in previous years. Lots of kids activities.

First visit to the Missouri state fair, have to say it was pretty underwhelming. Pretty small, not many exhibits, there are a couple good places for food but not all the usual fair foods. The biggest complaint is all of the golf carts, I assume they were all doing something official but they were everywhere! We can say we've been to the Missouri state fair now, I highly doubt that we will ever go back.

I love this fair! It's practically a second home to me. Great food. Great People. Great Things to do. I just wish that there were more horse shows during the fair. I show in July, but I'd love to show my fellow equine friends at the official fair. Overall, Its great, keep up the hard work!
