Love the ease of Rick Ball Ford in Sedalia--also feel it needs to be mentioned that they are much friendlier than the service I have received for many years East down I-70. The customer care and speed of service that Rick Ball provides is the best I've experienced when it comes to general maintenance and upkeep. Also, the little things matter--the complimentary car wash with service is awesome! Hoping to continue our great customer experience here.

Very nice & friendly staff. They got my problem fixed quick and at a reasonable rate. They even washed my car.

I traded my F150 today for a Taurus. Randy Goodman was an excellent Salesman and Brian Halter Business Manager. Both were so friendly, fair and explained everything to help me get the best deal. I love the atmosphere in the building. Good music, friendly folks, beautiful clean building. Would recommend this place everytime.

Excellent experience, great staff. Enjoy the free soft drinks and hot chocolate. Coffee also available. Reasonable price and a free car wash. I don't know how you could do any better.

I can only give you one star. I cannot believe you charge $99 an hour for service. That's about twice as high as it should be. I needed my starter replaced and you supposedly did a12 point inspection along with the repair. If my battery was inspected I want to know why the battery was not latched down when I picked up my vehicle. You'd think that would have been take care of for that sort of money.

Great customer service and knowledgeable technicians. I've been bringing my 2007 Ranger in for service and maintenance for the last few years, and have been pleased with the results every time. I put on a lot of miles, and am still going strong at over 200K. Very knowledgeable and fast! Their waiting room is FANTASTIC!! VERY clean, with leather couches, big screen TV, WiFi, and very friendly staff. I text them to schedule my appointment. Very easy. Will not trust my car to anyone else. I drive a Nissan, but still go there!

I wouldn't even give them a * but it's the only way I could write a review.
I would NOT buy from ever again!!! Supposed to had full service done when I received my Can-Am. Long story short and NOT even a 1,000 miles later I decided to change oil (which was extremely low. Hardly had any in it. Black!!!), brake fluid was almost gone, brake pads are already bad, parking break has had trouble (which is a easy fix but thats not the point) catching since day one. Not to mention it makes a loud roaring noise when you put it in reverse, as you're backing up. It done that since day one as well.
EITHER SOMEONE DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB OR I WAS LIED TO!!! Either way, they should've done a full point inspection before leaving the lot and they ABSOLUTELY didn't.

We are extremely satisfied with this dealership. We could not find exactly what we were looking for nearby so we decided to travel out of state to look for a truck. We negotiated a deal with a dealership in Illinois, among others. We spent a lot of time working on this deal because we were coming from another state. When we got there, the salesman had completely misrepresented the condition of the truck. We were hugely disappointed and began our search minutes after we left the dealership. By the next day, we had found one at Rick Ball Ford and began negotiations. The salesman and sales manager were very easy to deal with. We had done extensive research on these vehicles and knew where we should be for price. In my opinion, they exceeded our expectations on that. My mechanic suggested this particular truck and even had the same truck himself. When I brought it to him the next day after we purchased it he could not believe the price that we had paid. His exact words were "You stole it". I asked specific questions since we were traveling for hours to get the truck and again, they exceeded my expectations. This was a used vehicle but it might as well have been brand new. The price was great, the service was spectacular, and the staff was fantastic. They even washed my vehicle that we drove down there so we could have a clean drive home since we were not trading it in. I worked for a car dealership for four years myself working through college and do not like purchasing cars or dealing on them but this was a piece of cake. I would travel 4 hours to buy a vehicle from them and then some in a heartbeat again. Can't say enough about their staff and the way they handled themselves. Very very happy with our purchase. Love my new truck!!!

Rick Ball truly has the best service department around. When I first moved to Sedalia I tried a bunch of different service departments and Rick Ball truly was the fastest and their customer service is awesome. I had a raddle under my truck and I took it to three different places before I brought it to Rick Ball, and none of those places could find it. I described it to Rick Ball and Bob and Chris at Rick Ball took care of me and they fixed it in an hour.
