We had an in-town move 2/6/2021 and Nick A. and Brandon C. were great. They explained the process of how they were going to take care of the items to be shrink-wrapped and how they would pad furniture to get it on the truck. They then worked very quickly to get our 3 bedroom house packed, and even though it didn't all fit due to items in the garage, they detailed what items they'd be able to get and had me prioritize what was left. We greatly appreciated Nick's efforts in getting the beds disassembled and reassembled as well. Even though it took a little more time, the work was done and our family appreciated it being able to sleep on our own beds that evening!
Absolutely fantastic! Adam M and Caleb R were so courteous, thorough, and professional. Not only did they blow us away with being able to get all of our stuff (we had lots) in the truck, but they took their time and wrapped the important things. They were mindful about wearing masks around my high-risk mother in these crazy times. They were so efficient in everything they did. It was cheaper than expected, too! If you’re on the fence about hiring Wildcat Moving, do it! And ask for Adam and Caleb. You will NOT be disappointed. 10/10!!! 🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Trey and Sam G were amazing!! From the time they showed up until they left they had the best attitude ever! They were super friendly and honestly I was just amazed by how they kept their great attitude during the whole move. I am so happy we had them as our movers. They were quick, extremely organized and thorough with explaining charges. They deserve a raise on based on their great personalities and attitude alone! :). Thanks again, guys!
Matt W and Cory H were an awesome team that helped get all of my heavy and bulky furniture into my new place. They were on-time, very professional and personable and did an amazing job with my items, moving them safely and quickly. They truly made the moving process a thousand times easier! I would definitely use this team over and over for the exceptional work they performed! Both were very knowledgeable and experiences with how to disassemble and reassemble furniture, how to get items through small doors, and efficient ways to pack the truck. They also communicated well and often to ensure I was comfortable with each decision. Again Matt W and Cory H were phenomenal.
Be extremely cautious with this company. They promise no hidden fees, but there were many additional charges that nearly doubled the cost of our services. We hired them for labor only to unload a POD and were charged for full moving services including the use of a 26 foot truck (which we did not use) and a $50 moving fee (again, we just had unloading, no moving services.)
This company was exorbitantly expensive for the Kentucky market. I paid less for 3 movers for packing and loading assistance in Seattle which is a much more expensive market at baseline.
With Wildcat, we used 2 movers for an hour (with full understanding and agreement to pay them the minimum 2 hours) and were charged $370 plus tip for a 1 hour unloading of standard sized furniture. Our understanding at booking was that it would be $100/hr with a minimum of 2 hours and a $10/hr weekend surcharge (total $220 plus tip.) Unfortunately I did not request a written quote at booking, my mistake.
Our movers themselves were friendly and efficient. But the management of this company was very underwhelming. I wish I had done more research prior to booking as it seems like many, many people had similar experiences.
There must be better options out there, don't make the same mistake we did. Very disappointed.
I had a great experience thanks to the movers Kevin and Robbie yesterday. Moving out of a 3rd story apartment and these guys worked incredibly fast while taking great care in moving my stuff as if it were their own. Cannot recommend these two any higher.
Thanks guys
This is the second time I've used Wildcat Moving and it was another great experience. Going from a first floor apt. to a third floor one takes quite a physical toll. However Nathan Thompson and Lecholas had legs of steel and got me moved in way less time than I anticipated. I felt that they handled all my items with care and took apart and reassembled my heavy sleigh bed without a problem. They were very nice and worked hard. The rates are extremely fair and a great burden was taken of my shoulders. When the time comes to relocate I will definitely use Wildcat Moving again!
Excellent service! I contacted them about two months back for a quote, the quote was competitive and the person I spoke with seems courteous.
I called a week before our move, they arrived on time and actually called ahead to see if they could get started since they finished a previous job early.
They arrived, it was two guys and a truck, after they assessed the move in person they recommended another truck and two more movers, I agreed and the next crew showed up fast.
They were spot on, nothing broken, nothing dropped!
Very fast, reliable guys! I wish I could think of their names, anyway I called them the avengers!
No joke, Captain America, the Hulk and the rest of the four really put in work!
Thank you!
Today was my first experience using Wildcat Movers. In the past, I have not had good experiences with moving companies, so I was a little nervous.
However, the two gentlemen that you sent today, Robbie and Logan, exceeded all expectations. Their professional appearance, strong work performance, and friendly attitudes earned my confidence in your company.
Please recognize their great work for me. Your company must really take pride in taking care of your Team members so that they take care of the clients. They earned my repeat business. I will be referring your company to my friends, family, and co-workers.
We contacted Wildcat moving to move our belongings from Lexington to Richmond. The staff was courteous and friendly and went above and beyond what was expected. We hired three movers to help the process go a little faster, and they did not disappoint. They moved everything gently, safety and the truck was well organized. All three movers said “Yes, sir & yes ma’am” and worked quickly to get the job done on time and on budget. Would highly recommend.
Fair price for my move. Completely worth it in my opinion. The 2 movers were professional and courteous. Will utilize Wildcat Moving again in the future.
My family used Wildcat to move homes recently and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Both movers were courteous and extremely hard-working. The whole team at Wildcat was professional, providing a stress-free, seamless move. I recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues for their moving needs.
I've had two great experiences with Wildcat. They were very flexible with my schedule, and their mover, Nathan Thompson, is an absolute beast (meaning his battery never runs outeven in the heat of summer and carrying two pallets of hardwood flooring into our house).. I was very impressed at his work ethic and ability. I highly recommend Wildcat for any moving needs you might have.
Had a large, 2-truck, 4-man job moving out of my house and into a temporary (much smaller) townhouse. Kendall Mack, Maxwell Smith, William Hardin, and TD Jemison provided the best service industry experience I believe I've ever had. They showed up on time, ready to work upbeat attitudes, very pleasant and friendly both on the load and the unload. I never heard any of them complain about anything the entire time and that really says a lot. It was somewhat of a challenge to get everything to fit from our large home into the smaller townhouse, but they all felt confident they could do it and they did it no problem! These guys put thought into how they moved everything and were respectful of even the most inexpensive items.
I had relayed some sensitivity to a very sentimental and expensive piece of furniture I had. When they moved it, they were as careful as I would've been asking me for my advice along the say to ensure I wasn't "stressing out about it".
These guys were professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. When I move again I'll ask for them by name, but if these guys are an indication of Wildcat Movers in general, I give them 5 full stars. Great work guys!
Clay Y. and Rob J. made our move quick and painless! They went straight to work and were very friendly. There was an issue with their truck's parking brake, but they paused the clock and we weren't charged extra for the repair time. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work! Will definitely use this company again for any future moves.
Terry and Davtonae moved myself and my boyfriend within 5 hours. This was moving my house from Danville to Nicholasville, then getting his items from a storage unit in Nicholasville and moving it to the house in Nicholasville. These guys were very professional, nice and mannerly. I will recommend Wildcat moving to any and everyone!
Adam and Ryan did a great job, couldn't ask for better movers! Super efficient and not a scratch on anything. Will always use Wildcat from here on out!
Moving from a 1300 sq-ft home to a two-story home one neighborhood over in Lexington, KY. It took 5 1/2 hours and 2 truck loads to get *almost* everything from our house. Since they flat loaded the second truck, I was informed that they could not fit our fire pit, about 5 boxes, a large floor lamp and other misc. items onto the truck. We made sure to have all beds taken apart and ready for them, to save on time. The truck did NOT come equipped with a dolly as the website states, so they almost didn't make it upstairs with the washer and dryer. It took 45 mins and the two movers fighting the entire time and them dropping the washer on my newly tiled laundry room. On a positive note, we did not have any damage to our furniture.
They showed up the day of our move and immediately got to work. They did everything as quickly as possible without damaging any of our stuff. We moved two hours away, and not a thing was broken. The guys were very professional and efficient. Also, having had a very bad experience previously, using a moving company that quoted based on the amount of stuff you have, we were thrilled about the fact that Wildcat charged hourly instead of by quote. It lets you know exactly what to expect budget wise; no surprises. We would definitely use Wildcat Movers again, and recommend them to anyone who is moving!
Our Moving experience with Wildcat Moving was truly amazing. I got quotes for literally twice as much than Wildcat Moving was estimating. I did NOT have to go through and inventory everything and present this huge list of items like all the other companies in my area require to even quote the job. They Quoted me an amount and it didn't even exceed that estimate, but I feel like it could have due to the fact that we ended up having a lot more than we had anticipated. They provided the blankets, the trucks, the backs and the brains (experienced movers that took charge and got the job done). All I had to do was provide the stuff and two addresses! The job took 2 days because we were still packing but the 3 truck loads with 2 guys per truck got the job done super fast each load. I can say with extreme confidence (because I've experienced three different sets of movers from this company) that the management is good at finding and KEEPING honest hard working people to work for them. All 6 guys were professional, friendly, fast and most importantly were genuinely concern for the safety of the items being moved. I seriously can't find one thing to complain about. To take it even further, the last day, last truck load, we asked for a delay because we were still packing and needed some more time, so they rescheduled another set of movers to accommodate our need (So cool). Anyway, the truck that was on their way to us was coming in from a morning job in Louisville and they got stuck in traffic. An accident totally blocked the two lane highway they were on so they couldn't turn around. They called me to ask me what I wanted to do (reschedule or try to get another truck and crew out to me) and I told them I needed a truck here that night because we HAD to be out by the next morning. They literally had an out, a justifiable one. They could easily have gone home after the first load they were doing in Louisville and because of the fact that the accident stopped them and didn't give them enough time to get to our job and do ours in time to be done by 11pm, it would have been understandable (by both their bosses and me the customer). But they decided to stick it out and wait through the clearing of the accident and come to our rescue anyway. It was OUR fault we weren't ready for the move like we should have been and asked for a delayed second truck that day, but they made it happen. I will NEVER use anyone but Wildcat Moving.I just can't stress enough to anyone that's considering them over anyone else, that Wildcat Moving stands head and shoulders above the competition!
