The company has no actual knowledge on the locations they service . Worst company I've ever had the pleasure of wasting my time. Signed up for service in December . Dropped on can next day . Never picked up trash for 3 weeks . I called every week to make sure they were still coming , which they replied they were . They NEVER did . Called yet again and had to request a supervisor because I was told the same response as the weeks before ( never ever showed ) so 3 weeks on trash piled up when service was paid in full. My address is outside their limits . As a company you should know that . 10/10 would NOT recommend.

This company is very reliable and communication is the best. Just received email for inclement weather schedule. They are on top of any situation or change in schedule. I am also very pleased with pricing and would recommend to everyone.

We haves used Hometown Hauling for about 4 years now since moving to Louisville in the beginning of 2019. They have always been great to us. We also use their recycling service (which I think everyone should do) which has also been great! Anytime we need a large item removed, we simply call and let them know and set it out with the weekly can pickup and the driver will get it loaded up! Very happy with the service and we would highly recommend!

This is the BEST company everl have been using them for years..the buckets are emptied out and Greg puts my buckets behind my fence..he is a joy..he is very friendly and speaks to everyone even the ones that use a different company..ohhhhh my gosh what a gem he is..his son is a pleasant person as well..he must get his character from his dad ..how l will miss him. REST in PEACE my friend

Its difficult to rate a garbage removal business that you have to call to have them pickup weekly removal then when they do they leave garbage all over your driveway. Will be looking for a new garbage removal place shortly. Shotty work honestly.

Edit: we will be stopping our service as once again my trash is all over my drive way. I guess 180k veiws on my picture and review weren't enough to get their attention and fix this issue whatever the driver has with my trash. Oh well. Buh-bye!!!
