These people are complete idiots! No respect for paying customers! They should seriously reconsider being in this business! I am appalled by the way they conduct their business. They have decided to keep a trailer hostage so they can milk money out of my trucking company! It is unbelievable what people perceive to be acceptable behavior!

I dont know why people are so greedy and have a lack of communication skills when running a business but this is the customer service I received from this towing company especially around christmas time very disappointing. Rethink when looking for a towing company in this area. This is a big scam they just try to suck more money out of your insurance company and trucking companies.

They have no problem towing your truck and trailer and when you try to pay to get your trailer released they refuse to take your money because of course they would rather charge insurance daily ontop of your ridiculous towing charges! Please look elsewhere when searching for towing.

Please use your google browser and search for another towing company. This is definitely not the one you want to use and have to deal. They have horrible customer service and when you try to pay your bill to release a piece of equipment they choose not to allow you take it. Thanks a lot GARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay far away from these crooks. They will do unauthorized work and then make you to pay a bill. Worse is I later took my truck to another shop and the so called work Wilcox did was never done. To make matters worse they are contracted by vestal police to tow vehicles so vestal police won't do anything about thier illegal practices. Crooks through and through and they give other mechanics a bad reputation. I hate to even give them one star. Reviews should have the option for a pile of dung symbol

Down right the beast shop into three people with shops to diagnose the wife's problem with her car and their mechanics found it without no questions asked what the problem was with my headlights the best company I've worked with for the garage very long time I would highly recommend them over Mr. tire any day

Called to get a car towed at 9:15am today. Roy showed up in 15 minutes. At 10:30 we were towed and unloaded with a 30 minute drive time. Great tow company. Will use again.
