What a pleasant surprise! We stopped in to have them check our ac. We know nothing about the area or local shops. I picked this shop based on google reviews. Very friendly and very fair on rates. Our ac was fixed promptly and we were in and out within 4 hrs. They are very busy which speaks volumes to me. I would highly recommend them if you need any type of truck or trailer service.

Had both front shocks go out. Called them about an hour out and the lady on the phone arranged everything for me when I arrived I went straight into a bay. Shocks were $65.00 Ea and labor is $80.00 per hour. The maintenance is fast but quality workmanship, will be glad to use them again for any work on my 🚚. I just wish there were more mom and pop shops like this.

Our motorhome's brakes went soft just after crossing the Blaine Canada/US Border. We called Good Sam and they contacted IK Truck Repair who were open on a Saturday afternoon and willing to look at the motorhome. They weren't able to fix it that afternoon, but they promised us they would have the parts first thing on Monday. We were able to find a nearby RV park and returned to IK on Monday morning where we were promptly looked after and sent on our way. We have nothing but praise for our service and how we were handled - we were distraught over the delay in our trip and about the possible cost to us for brake issues. Turned out to be a minor repair and we continued on a 4000 mile trip without another problem. Thank you to IK.
