Bought and paided for G19, paperwork was delayed. Drove back 1.5 hrs next weekend, first they couldn't find it then tried to charge me again after I already showed them the receipt. They finally got it together, I was mad and ready to leave. Later I realized the had sold me a G17, not the gun I had looked at and they did paperwork on the week before. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more at a smaller dealer that actually knows and cares about what their doing.

Tried to purchase a Colt M45A1 online and use the Grand Opening discount code "SALE". Would not work, customer service rep said the code only applies to guns instock and on guns with the banner "eligible for discount etc". Well.. it did say "instock" on top and also had the banner. But since it was a "online only" gun, the code was not qualified for the discount code.

Rep wouldn't even try to make it happen for me. Why not just order the gun for the customer? Would you not make the same amount? After being a repeat online customer, I will be taking my business else where. Thanks

Great selection of guns. Good archery department. The customer service is average at best. Was in there for 45 minutes never had any of the employees say a word to me. The selection is the only reason Ill go back

Great service and great prices! My Tikka T3x was nearly $200 cheaper (including shipping) than buying locally here in Alaska. Darrick was very helpful and I won't hesitate to buy from them again or refer them to friends.

Went in to see what they had. Huge selection. Only problem was I didn't bring enough with me. Had plenty of things for wish list . A must return. Also asked if they would ship. They would.

This was the smoothest online pistol purchase I have ever experienced. Whittaker's has a very nice website and the checkout process was very easy. I was able to email them the FFL license where I wanted the pistol shipped about 15 minutes after I completed the online purchase. I received a prompt email confirmation that my FFL license emailed had been received, and the pistol shipped that same day. I couldn't be happier with the entire process and the price I paid for the pistol was well below what I would have paid elsewhere.

Large selection of all guns and very good prices. Nice folks and nice store. Adding large addition. Worth a trip just to shop. I reload and they have a large selection of reloading components at good prices. Good prices on ammo too. Take a day to shop at Whittakers. You won't be disappointed.
