Wonderful thrift store that benefits the hospital. I've gotten everything from clothes to furniture to linens. Volunteers are much more polite than Goodwill as well.

I'd like to start off by saying that my hat's off to the white rabbit if only for the fact that all of its proceeds go to charity- specifically the hospital directly behind it. It's hard to be critical of any store with that business model. It also makes it easier to pay the much higher prices at white rabbit as opposed to other local thrift stores. For example some paperback books were several dollars (although most were approx d.50-1.00). Used CDs that I'd never heard of were $4-$5, and other things were absurdly high priced. On the other hand there were deals to found as I located a couple of very nice dresses upstairs for less than $10 and kids clothes are priced generally around the $2 mark.
The quality at white rabbit is exceptional and it was hard to tell I was even looking at used merchandise- they are obviously very particular about donations they accept which puts them in a deferent class than say, Goodwill. Overall worth checking out if you're ready to spend a little more- of your looking for $1 bargains don't bother.
Lastly I'd like to say that I found the staff to be extremely unfriendly if not flat out rude. When I smiled and said hello the two ladies behind the counter just stared at me scowling with no response. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable and I felt like I was bothering them just by being there. Before leaving I found a pair of boys shorts with no price and took them to the front and asked the price. The cashier said "kids clothes are usually around $2" and went back to her conversation apparently assuming I wasn't buying them even though I was standing in front of the check out.
Maybe someone was having a bad day you should check them out and decide for yourself :)
