Extremely poor customer service! Brach closes at 6 pm, we arrived at 5:40 pm (7/20) for my husband to add me to his new account. Because it apparently takes 45 min to add someone to an account they refused to help us. We spoke to the sipervusor face to face and she still refused to help us because everyone would have to stay late. So my husband said he wanted to close the account and they said okay. The supervisor was more willing to lose a customer than stay 25 min late. Ridiculous.
