I have been living here for close to a year now and this is by far the best apartment community in this price range. The office staff are very helpful and there are fun events throughout the year. The community is clean and welcoming. With regards to the location, no city income tax is another benefit to consider. Washer and dryer come with every unit. Water and sewage bills can be expected to be around $60 - 80.
I have loved living here this past year. The town homes/floor plans are great, the landscape is well kept, the pool area is wonderful and the people who live here are so friendly. The clubhouse is very roomy to have events at. The clubhouse staff is the best! They're so nice, they know almost everyone by first names and are very welcoming. They also hold events for the residents at the pool which is a great way to meet everyone. Definitely recommend Wexford!
Best place I've ever rented from. The staff knew me and my dog by name and remembered what was going on in my life. Always events going on, like pool parties, food truck rallies, and garage sales. Maintenance is fast to respond, though I rarely had to call them. Great floor plans, peaceful location, and great price! Sad to have to leave when I moved out of state.
I'm currently in my second year of living here. 2 bdrm, 1 bath. It is quiet with a nice view of the golf course. So far, no golf balls have hit my unit. :) The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and easy to work with. In comparison to other apartments in the area, I think this is a great place to live at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it!
Written in March of 2017. A great price for this area given the size of the units. I have one of the town houses.
The units come with washer and dryer, a decently-sized galley kitchen, and optional garages. The toilets are a little small, but necessarily so. Carpets are kept in good shape, and the paint jobs are decent. Wexford allows tenants to paint their units for the duration of their stay, as long as they paint them back to white when they leave. Up to 2 pets are allowed, cats and dogs (some breeds are restricted). The online payment portal makes paying rent a breeze. The one complaint I have that the dumpster tends to fill up quicker than it's emptied.
And no, there are very few (if any) stray golf balls.
I'm currently moving out and I stayed here a year. This was my first apartment and I loved it! I hate to leave but I wanted to move somewhere with upgraded amenities. However it's a very quiet neighborhood and the support staff is very friendly. I love the community events especially during the summer. I lived in a one bedroom with the golf course view which was very nice. Never had any problems.
