  They change a crazy amount for what you get . Metal doors, bad, bad carpet that has no padding . Washers and dryers don't work half the time. Mini rises are filthy in the halls and elevators Tis not worth what I pay . This place needs money put into the mini rises
  The staff is under staffed and over worked .
  My grandmother lived here when it was mint , I nanned her and it was well maintained .
  I've heard all the money is going into the townhouse.
  Pick your location carefully because of noise factors .

  This place is convenient to the mall, and that's about the nicest thing I can say about it. The facilities are outdated, and the infrastructure is old. Basements flood with sewage (not MSD malfunction - due to bad plumbing at Indian Creek) so often that they make you sign a release ahead of time that they are not responsible for damage to anything in your basement. It's just happened to me and three of my neighbors. One of them has had it happen three times in less than two years.
  And you should know that they don't replace the carpeting in the basement after it floods with sewage! They vacuum the sewage fluid out, "disinfect" it with a spray, and then put a dryer on it. Ewwwww - so don't let kids play on carpeted areas in basement. It's up to the renter and their insurance to clean up all the damage to their own belongings. Thanks, landlord!!
  There is trash all over the trash areas and maintenance does not clean it up regularly. I would never live here again.
