They Customer service is not impeccable and it seems to be a beauty mill. My daughter received her first henna here and so far we are pleased with the work. Others services were explained as I asked. We will return for the family to get. Henna tattoos.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Got a Mehendi Tattoo and the cone they used made my hands have a burning feel Never happens with a regular mehendi cone btw..and now the skin on my hands has started to peel even worse. Pathetic they should be reported and sued

Stay away from this place they dont know what they are doing and they are not licensed to perform services. Horrible experience with threading and waxing. You get what you pay for bc they are very cheap

Always in a hurry to finish the task they dont care whether the customer is satisfied or not they do it as if they are doing to animals very harsh and no systematic at all after my waxing to legs , the legs were sticky dint clean well at all and for my eyebrows half done just the shape was given extras were left over all over uncleaned i don suggest to anyone if u have less time and u need to done it fast with dirty stuff ok then can go this salon

Staff has way too much attitude. The lady doing my upper lip was actually yelling at me for showing her missed spots. And the owner does nothing about it but stand and watch. Unbelievable!

I paid $45 for Shanaaz`s diamond facial which was worse than a home facial.Lasted for 30-40mins.Beautician did a very bad job.Just gave a 5-7min massage,very clumsy,don't care attitude and used her hands to apply the mask.It was a very bad experience for the price.Would not recommend any facial in this place.

I had been here to get waxing done. They just are not bothered about your skin. Just pour hot wax burn your hand and just literally tear your skin weekend removing the wax. I got my handed wounded as it was bleeding. They speak and comment on you in Spanish. They just peeled my hand in 3 minutes. I felt so uncomfortable. The staff is very rude. If you want money take it and provide better service.
