Clean rooms, no frills but comfortable. Very good complimentary breakfast! Staff was unobtrusive and very polite.

I requested a non smoking room. The building I was put in had several smoking rooms at the entrance.

I would give this place a zero rating if I could. I made reservation on a Monday for Friday of the same week. This gave the staff over 3 days to get room clean and ready. They advertise as dog friendly. I had my dog with me and was given a room that was set aside for pets. It was not in the main hotel, but in much older building away from the main hotel.

It was dark when I arrived and outside lighting at that building was not adequate. I had to use flashlight on my phone to get bag out of trunk and see to take my dog outside to go potty.

Inside the room, my dog kept finding food and who knows what else to get into on the floor. The walls were dirty. There were thick layers of dust on items in the room. Also, found bugs inside the ice bucket. The sheets appeared clean, but I’m sure it had been a long time since the bedspread was cleaned.

I brought this to the attention of the clerk on duty when I checked out. She seemed annoyed and couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. She quickly mentioned that she would give me credit for the reservation. I didn’t hear an apology in that though. Very unfortunate. If you are traveling with a pet, I would not recommend staying here.

LOVED finding this place! We are purchasing a home nearby and needed a place to stay while we moved things up into storage units. The people working there were very warm and friendly, the room was clean and big and inviting. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

The inn is very clean and comfortable the staff was accomodating with room upgrade the continental breakfast included sandwiches its in a hunting town beautiful sites and low traffic

This place reminds me of a lodge, and it looks/feels like it was a very well done remodeled barn. Everything you need in a hotel, for a very reasonable price. The rooms were very clean and well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The dirtiest place I've ever stayed at. Thick dust everywhere. Had to clean out the tub & hand wipe the bathroom floor before using. No smoking room had a cigarette butt on the floor. Tub didn't drain and toilet had to be flushed several times to go down. Floors in room were covered with debris and hair. Hallways and elevator had clumps of dried mud. Staff was not courteous. I would not recommend. I will never stay again.

Basic hotel in Coudersport, PA. After a long days drive, we were disappointed to find blood stains on the sheets and one pillow case. Had to get the staff to change the bed linen before we could hit the hay. Not the best way to start our trip to the area. The clock in the room did not work and the AC unit was noisy all night. Clearly, there is a serious lack of attention to detail at this hotel.

Nice staff and great rooms. A/c was noisy, we stayed in the same room for two different visits. Reported a/c to front desk first visit, back about one month later and not fixed. FYI: breakfast is true continental, no hot foods. Great otherwise, Just minor fixed :-).
