I waited for 20 minutes for staff to come out to ask for some simple supplies. She did not apologize for making me wait and was argumentative about asking the vet if she would sell me these simple supplies. Rude is an understatement. Uncooperative could not be more on point and I would not recommend this office based on how I was treated after explaining I was here from out of town for a serious medical procedure. No way. I used to say Michigan residents were so nice and kind. I am changing my mind on this trip.

Dr. Moehlman and Kristina are wonderful, caring, and professional. We just moved back to Ann Arbor in 2020 from Chicago and needed to find a vet for our dog. Westgate Animal Clinic was close to home, so I gave them a shot and am very happy that I did. Dr. Moehlman was very thorough in her first examination of Watson and really demonstrated a deep knowledge of companion animal care. (Plus, he enjoyed all of the attention, praise, and pets he received!) Kristina has been very flexible with me-- a few times, I had to call and say I would be late for our appointment or even reschedule at the last minute due to work emergencies, and she was always very kind and accommodating. The prices are very affordable for the high quality of care received. Thanks very much, WAC!

First of all, the receptionist Kristen or Krista (not entirely sure since she was talking so low) was incredibly cold, rude, and very unhelpful! This is certainly not the person you want is the first point of contact when making an appointment for your fur child. I was told they are NOT accepting new patients right now As a healthcare professional, I know firsthand how difficult this global pandemic has been and I understand wanting to be cautious and safe. Though, if a business is taking proper COVID-19 safety precautions with EVERY patient that enters the building then it should not matter if they are new or current patients. Also, the receptionist did not even ask if we had been to Westgate Clinic before, because she gave a chance to explain I would have told her we as a family has brought our dogs to Westgate for years, but we just got a new puppy. The whole interaction left a sour taste in my mouth! Luckily, I called Compassionate Care Animal Hospital and scheduled an appointment with no problems!!

Professional, curtious, friendly, and just plain nice people that take care of, and love your pets! While costly, (what veterinarian hospital is not?) This place is well worth the money. If your pet is part of your family, don't they deserve to be taken care of like family? I say yes, and this is one of the places that will do just that!

This is the best vet I've ever known. They take an analytical approach to diagnosis. I fully believe they saved my dogs life and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend this one all day. They actually care too.

I've been taking my cats here for years. Everyone is great--from the vet to the techs and people up front.Great care and excellent at explaining everything. They are part of my family and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My first visit there was one of the worst for a pet owner. We were dealing end of life issues for my dearest kitty. The Vet was awesome in both their support and care for the cat as well as for us.
