I have been taking my bird to Animal Kingdom for over 9 years. Everyone from the front desk staff to the technicians and veterinarians have always been so friendly, helpful, and caring. They really listen to my concerns and try their best to make sometimes stressful visits as pleasant as possible for my bird. The clinic is also always very clean. Thank you Animal Kingdom for excellent care!

Amazing staff, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Marsh was incredibly thorough with our ferrets. She spent close to an hour with us, explaining, educating, drawing diagrams, letting us look through her microscope. She was so sweet with our boys and you can see how passionate she is about her work.

First puppy appointment with Dr. Szurek went very well. Easy to schedule an appointment, the prices are reasonable, and the staff was very professional. Also, the website is well designed and informative.

Brought in a rabbit. The vet was knowledgeable and did a thorough check up and I didn't have to mortgage my house to pay for it. Very happy with this place.

I have taken my dogs to this place for 15 YEARS. Even when they were a little house on the corner. I watched them grow and wished them well and always supported them-even paying a little more for meds than on line (remadyl-185 vs. 249) Today I called about my little dog- had jumped off the sofa- fallen strangely and wouldn't walk on her leg. I called to seek advice was told they were open until 7 . We talked about options and I finally said that my husband would be home at 6- we would assess again. We brought her in at 6:10 p.m. still not walking. I was told emergencies were by call in. and not after 6pm. They admitted a new girl had given me wrong information and the vets on duty would not see her. "They were leaving in a few minutes" (not yet seven) and couldn't see her. So-- they leave little patients in the waiting room in pain and say they all are really sorry. That is NOT WHAT I EXPECT OF MY VET. Happy to have my name attached to this. They are very pleasant when it fits their schedule but beware if you need anything extra even before closing time. I WILL NEVER go back. p.s. torn ACL in her Knee- bad deal.

I loved going to this vet at first. They were super sweet with my hamster but the treatment they told me to do the next time I went there, the vet told me that, the treatment they suggested they didn't suggest. Now this past visit I asked them to do a nail trim and they did not even though the vet is saying they did. I'm very disappointed in them.
