A friendly, easy place to buy trees. And great delivery and planting service too.

Several irrigation lines were broken during the tree installation. Fortunately, we had purchased the irrigation line damage insurance. They spent an extra day fixing the lines and making sure all of the sprinklers worked properly.

Highly recommend over other local nurseries. We'll definitely go back (next year).

Amazing place, products, and staff!! Reading all these negative reviews has me baffled as to why you had such a problem. They were very nice and helpful even when as expected in the spring very busy! Kudos to all the hard working employees dealing with the public and to the guys on the farms!! You rock!!

Jane was very helpful with the perennials we recently bought. She even suggested that I come back the following day when the same plants would be on sale!
We have purchased mulch and bushes over the last two years from Lodi. The customer service is great! And friendly!

Horrible customer service. Called day of delivery to tell me that they ran out of the mulch I ordered because of unexpected pickups and there wouldn't be more in until Thursdaytranslation: we had your money and didn't want to give up the other business. They also said they would still deliver the river rock I ordered but then told me later in the day that they couldn't deliver that either.

They could have offered to waive the delivery charges or offered me some kind of discount on my order, but all I got was a half-hearted apology so I cancelled my order.

I just called to get some information, as I am considering a memorial tree. I spoke with a wonderfully helpful and friendly woman. She had a number of great suggestions, and whether I make this purchase, or another I'll be going to Lodi Farms!

Went to buy small pumpkins there for my daughters class to do a project. When I wanted to choose the pumpkins that did not have scabs or were not too small for putting a face on, they balked and said I had to buy the pumpkins they chose as they were giving me a deal. They were very rude and combative, over pumpkins no less. I initially bought them but turned around and took them back in 10 minutes, feeling they should not be able to treat customers like that. They grudgingly gave a refund. I then went to Kroger and bought all the pumpkins I needed.

I had a great experience at Lodi Farms today and left with everything I needed to make my front garden look awesome! I went to 4 other places (all small local nurseries) but found Lodi was the only one with the combination of great products, fair prices and knowledgeable service I was looking for. Jane and her team were outstanding!!!!! I will be back in the spring for the rest of my needs!
