The whole staff is amazing, especially Dr. Anderson. So helpful, so attentive, and so understanding! We adopted a dog from a shelter that hadn't been tested for heartworm, and of course she was positive. We chose to treat her and pay for it ourselves, since she was already a huge part of our lives. Dr. Anderson came up with a treatment plan, and the rest of the staff helped to make sure it was a smooth process. We made it through, and she is healthy now! We will definitely take both of our dogs to Westarbor as long as we're living in the area.

Has the friendliest staff and a great positive vibe. I got a gift basket for my pup with a toy, bag of treats, and a lunch bag. They treated my pup like family.

Very attentive with reminders and follow-up, considerate, and detailed. I do believe the level of detail accounts for the relatively high cost, but their prices are in line with most A2 area professional Board certified vets. This is high quality care.

Dr.'s Anderson and Clarkston are both heavy on the bedside manner. That means a lot when my kitty is ill. The front desk folks are great. They all take good care of us, and we appreciate them. BTW we had good luck with the groomer in the same building. Although they are in a tiny little space, we liked their work.
