Clean mall you can tell efforts are made to make this place nice, not a fan of the basket but everything else is great. Convenient shops that fit everyone needs. Overall solid mall for not being from the area

👍 DESPITE THE PARKING ISSUES - NICE MALL WITH MANY SHOPS!!!

✔️ Parking is an issue on the weekends after lunch, get there early!
✔️ Not too crowded, but there are some tight aisles in the bigger stores.
✔️ Food court smells good & is kept clean.
✔️ This mall and South Cost Plaza in south orange county are the few malls that offer high end cosmetics at Macy's, Nordstroms etc.
✔️ Dept. stores are willing to honor deals & gift offers unlike some smaller malls.
✔️ The employees at most stores are actually helpful & kindthis is a shock to me since I have come to expect POOR service at most 'brick & mortar' establishments.
✔️ MY VISIT = Macy's & Nature Republic employees were particularly nice, I must commend them on their courtesy & their managers should take note of this if they want to remain relevant in the face of Amazon.

This mall is extremely popular in the San Gabriel Valley. Numerous of shopping stores. The view that you get from the atmosphere on the outside is breath taking. Plus the Beauty of the diversity of people shopping is something to intake as well if your a people person. This mall stays current with all the latest fashion trends. Entertainment side you got an AMC Theatre, David & Busters, and even Jumping Jamming for the kids. All major Make Up stores and a numerous of other Lady's favorites.

Constantly growing mall with plenty of stores. I have been going here since I was a small child and I am happy about the additions made. There are two food courts: one standard one with the usual multicultural options (by the movie theater and Dave & Buster's) and a new Asian cuisine one by Nordstrom, mostly Japanese food. My only real gripe about this mall is that there are never enough seating options available when eating. NEVER.

During the holidays there is a shuttle that will pick you up from the far back of the parking lots and will return you near your car, so don't fret if you have to park so far away. The mall could use more actual parking structures instead of just a flat lot and 2 structures, honestly.

This is a good mall/social gathering place and merchant center. The clientele is very ethnically well balanced. Caucasians, Latinos, Asians, African Americans, all looking happy and friendly. The food court and eating areas, well now that's a little different story. It could use an upgrade. Nice experience overall.

Great mall. Nice and spacious. Never feels crowded well maybe during Christmas. Great to walk around and window shop. All major retailers are here.

This more like an Asian mall because it sits at the Asian neighborhood. There are more than 70 percen of it's customers are of Asians. The mall looks clean and elegant. The inner structure is recently renovated few years ago. There are many Asian foods and even Asian herbs merchandise available. It is crowded in the weekend. Not enough parking spaces.

Great Mall! Plenty of parking, beautiful shops, and I like it that they have a concierge desk on level 2, to answer any questions that you may have. I found that gentleman to be polished, well mannered, friendly, helpful, and courteous. Worth the trip!

It a beautiful Mall with stores inside and out. Great restaurants and a theater. I like to come during the week early. Weekends and holidays are crazy for parking, which is surprising with all the parking they have all around the mall. It's right off the 210 for easy quick access and LA arboretum right across the street!

This is a large mall with a wide array of shops for every need. Plenty of food options as well, most of which are pretty good. I don't know, it's a mall, do you like malls? You should go there. Do you not like malls? Then why are you reading reviews about malls? You think this mall is the mall that will change your opinion about malls like when someone says they don't like tofu and other people are like, 'maybe you just haven't had the *right* tofu? That's not a thing and those people are wrong. The defining feature is that this mall has no parking, ever. Go to an entrance and wait for someone to leave and then take their spot. It's a mall. Maybe you don't know what a mall is and are looking for definition. There are so many different examples of malls it's impossible to nail down. This is a three-out-of-five stars mall.

I like walking here but it is too crowded for me on weekends. Westfield keeps the mall fresh and updated. The mall has been updated at least 7 times since it opened. Underground parking is great on hot summer days.

Very kid friendly mall. Took the kidos to Dave and Busters with the family and they had a blast. We ate at the food court and the choices were all very nice. There was something for everyone. Lots of lounge/ seating areas - again well thought out for family and kids.

Although crowded during the weekends and around holidays, this mall keeps getting better shops and restaurants.

The food court has definitely improved significantly in options within the last decade. The shops have improved as well. It's simple, the better the shops and restaurants are, the happier customers are and the more they shop/eat there. The weaker and less popular shops have been weeded out.

During the day on weekdays is the best time to visit and shop in order to avoid the crowds. Lunch time brings the normal wave of employees from the surrounding neighborhood but also brings a wave of students from nearby Arcadia High School just a block or two up the road.

Overall, great location and even people watching is fun here. Definitely recommend this mall!

I like this mall because it has a large amount of stores and food places. There are many different stores that are being constructed and remodeled. The inside of the mall has a very modern feel to it and there's plenty of places to sit down and eat or relax. However, one thing I have to say has to do with weekends. Parking is an absolute nightmare. At times it can take you more than an hour and a half to find a spot. Everyone out here has to fight for a spot and it can get exhausting. This is a great mall, but the parking situation has to be addressed. When I was there on a Saturday afternoon, while trying to find parking, I witnessed 2 fender-bender accidents when people are fighting for parking spots. I would recommend going on a weekday as it would be less stressful. If they could build a larger parking structure on the Macy's side, traffic would be less congested.

I haven't been here in years and it's changed so much.

The mall has both an indoor and outdoor section with shops and restaurants. It has all of the popular stores that you can think of with some unique stores as well.

I love that there are so many places to eat at the mall with restaurants spread out throughout the mall. Even with all of the restaurants, they still have a food court. You should have no problem find something to eat here.
