Josh was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and giving me information to help me learn about utv's and decide what I really need, with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. I will definitely go back there if l decide to buy new. Prices seem good too, as they discount the prices and mark them at the discounted price to begin with.

I went in to get some bolts to hold on the windshield of my motorcycle, and they didnt have them but they gave me the number of the supplier who might have them. Then i talked to the service department about when my tires need replaced and they came outside to check the tires for me. Everybody was super nice and they did their best to find a solution to my problems.

I took my dirt bike up to Westfield Powersports because I trust them, and they are close to my home. After diagnosing My 2011 Rmz-250 they said that it needed a top end rebuild, as well as the clutch. Having a brother who works in the industry but living so far away. I trust them and had them do the work. Almost $2000 in work later my bike still doesn't run right, and I've barley ridden it since then I believe I put 1.5 - 2 hours riding on it Now they don't stand behind there work if I drove it back up there from Michigan I would still have to pay for repairs. Don't make the same mistake I did. Should have just drove the 4 hours to Michigan to get my brother to fix it. I was a customer of over 2 years at Westfield power sports, can't believe they won't take care of a mistake they made. Never going back. I could have bought a used bike for the price of the repairs. Horrible service.

The customer service at Westfield is some of the best I've seen in the industry. Before I was even a customer, I gave them a call about a key I lost for my motorcycle. The rep there (big shoutout to Justin!) actually spent 2 days calling around and doing research on how to get the code for my key, including calling Honda and other dealers. He tracked down the original dealer for my bike and I was able to get the code and get a new key made. I've been there for service and to buy accessories as well and everyone there has been knowledgeable and great to work with.

bought a 2017 Yamaha yz250f, loved the bike! after six days of purchase, bike wouldn't start but I brought it back and they fixed the issue free of charge! No issues other then that, Great dealer!

Have been here a uncountable amount of times to get parts and accessories for my four wheeler and have had a great experience every time. There staff is super friendly and you get to know them like friends after time, there parts are priced from the factory.. Only complaint I have about parts is they charge 7$ to ship the parts to your house.also had my four wheeler serviced here took them 1 week to rebuild the carb and do a valve adjustment that's about as good as it gets if you ask me. Overall I love the place

Awesome experience! Searched their inventory online and found the motorcycle I was interested in. When coming into the store, the employees were more than happy to help and answer any questions I had about the bike. After purchasing the bike, went to get some new gear. The guys working in the accessories side of the store were super helpful, and eager to help me find the proper gear for the riding I would be doing. Will definitely be purchasing from Westfield Powersports again!

I have been looking for a new bike for a few years now and after I laid eyes on the Honda Fury, I knew that it was the only bike for me. I have searched and talk to many local dealers and got insanely high prices and almost got to the point of giving up. I did some research and came across Westfield Powersports and thank God I did. I got to talk to a wonderful woman by the name of Lori, from the finance department. She was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable, she helped me with everything. I was very pleased with Westfield and very happy with my purchase, they gave me a unbelievable price and overall experience. Even though I am not from Indiana I have to say I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new product or upgrade. Lori and Westfield Powersports thank you once again.

These guys are the real deal. I tried to buy a bike from planet power sports where I had previously bought a brand new 10k dollar four wheeler and just got the run around. I called these guys and Alex got right back with me. He let me know what they had and what kind of trade in they could do in no time. It was like a breath of fresh air. These guys are all courteous and have the best prices when going to a dealer plus there customer service during and after the sale was phenomenal. I will gladly drive the 2 1/2 hrs past the other dealers the next time I want something. Two thumbs up.
