Went in yesterday 11/25/17 to get a tire patched because I️ was on a jobsite and wasn’t able to go to my normal tire guy and the tech said it was gonna be free which sounded fishy to me because nothing is actually free well just as expected tire was not repaired properly and is flat today looks as if they slapped bead seal on my rim and put air in it to look as if they actually did something I’ll find out more from my tire guy in a little bit. But over night they slip said they put 35lbs in it and in the morning it had 15lbs so over a 8 hr period it lost 20lbs of Air I️ think it’s actually leaking worse than it did with the nails in it

Went in to get a new tire. The told me they only had one brand and model available that would fit my car. Okay. Fine that sucks but I need a new tire and it’s the only place that has one. I go there around 2:30 and explain I was the guy who called and I was here to get my new tire. The guy behind the counter tells me that I need new tires all around. That is something I did truly need and I said that is fine and we proceed to check out and my total is $1200. That’s quite a bit but they only had the top brand for my tire size. I go ahead with it because no other place in town has this size and I end up waiting till close for them to change four tires. 2.5 hours to change 4 tires? That is ridiculous. They weren’t busy and they had 9 people working at the time.

The real kicker is when I got home I saw that they had damaged my wheels where the valve stems are. I now have big chunks missing out of my rims.

I would never go here unless you want slow service and damaged wheels.

If I could i would not have given even one star. Went to get my wheels checked on 12/14/16 and one of them needed to be replaced. With Christmas coming up I was expecting a delay but then found out after almost a month that they never even ordered the wheel to begin with. They do not bother placing an order, I will be happy to spend my money elsewhere.

Been coming to Discount Tire for nearly a decade after they gave me a replacement tire for free after getting a non-repairable puncture. The Noblesville store has great staff (fast and friendly) and the store is generally always clean. The employees hustle to get you out as soon as possible. They have good prices on their tires as well. Until I'm burned, i don't plan to go anywhere else. With several storea across the US, you'll also have warranty and repair at any of their facilities!

I had a appointment at 3:45 and arrived early. The sales associate was able to help me pick out my new tires,get them installed and also they were also able to solve my TPS problem. Great service

I bought my tires from Discount Direct Online and had them installed here. SUPER FAST. I was out in 20 minutes. My complaint was the price. When I called, they said it would be $16 per tire. When I got there, it was $16 + $2 disposal + $7 tire rebuild kit - per tire. Yes, technically it was only $16 to install per tire, but that's like saying I want a haircut, but the trimming the sideburns is extra.

Edit: 2 years later. This shop is getting busier and busier. Every time I come here, there is a 2 to 3 hour wait. Might think about expanding more bays.
