We had to use the information center to get some gift cards. Marva, the concierge there, was very helpful and friendly.
Overall the mall is easy to navigate and has a great selection of stores for a variety of shopping needs. The restaurants are all very good, too. Whole Foods is an adjoining stor so you can get your health on there and head home with all your grocery needs satisfied too!response / report this review -

First, I should share that I HATE malls. I hate having to park, deal with the rude people, pay high prices, etc. That said, this is a nice mall since they re-did it a while back. Pretty good store selection with decent food court along with movie theater and some pretty good restaurants. If you like malls, you'll like this place.

Comics And Hobbies bad store! It all started with me calling the Tyrone Mall shop on Dec 10 Sunday who I spoke to JR, I was looking for a product which he said he will have 4 coming in on the upcoming Tuesday 3pm-5pm. So I called Tuesday Dec 12 around 10am JR answers the phone and says yes I will have that product today at 3pm so cool I'm excited this has been selling out like Crazy! I drove to Tyrone Mall got there about 310pm JR is not there. Only one worker there I went up ask if this product is in she said no she hasn't got nothing yet. So I waited, waited, waited and 3HRS later the worker finally texts her boss (JR) to tell him I was here( idk why she didn't do that in the first place when I got there) JR respond no they sold out at the Country Side location. I had no words and was kinda upset that I wasted my time there. So I told the worker can you have JR call me.. next day Monday still no call from JR so Tuesday Dec 12 I called and said he was at country side so I called the store at country side mall. The owner picks up I know his voice by now. So I ask for JR he said no you can talk to me. I started to tell him what happened on Tuesday that I waited at the store for a product that never came then he says OK what do you want me to do? Who made you wait? What are you trying to accomplish out of this call? So i began getting upset and told him you guys are shady and wasted my time because you guys don't know how to communicate and talking to customers the way you are is not cool. Then he tells me to come up there to say it in his face so he can Punch in my mouth! Yes he said Punch me in my mouth! What a great owner. Instead of helping me he wants to punch me. I called the managers office of country side mall to file my complaint still no results of his actions. The store should at least get the product for me so how from eBay or another store and I will be willing to take down my reviews if the owner is willing to make things right

Lots of great stores. Great selection of both large chain anchor stores and smaller boutique type stores. Clean public bathrooms and lots of great restaurants in the food court and scattered around. Love BJ's and Whole Foods also. Like every mall I've ever been to, parking can sometimes be a challenge.

The mall is beautiful. I love to visit and walk around. The escalators are all clean and well maintained, with excellent synchronization of the steps and hand rails. Signage is professional and creative. Sears offers excellent prices and still has an electronics department. The professionally installed lighting and general upbeat atmosphere are wonderful to experience. The mirror polished white tile floor of Macy's is incredible. The numerous, conveniently located bike racks are thoughtfully designed and afford easy access for locking both wheels.

Large indoor mall with 3 major tenants and several different smaller stores. Loads of parking. In addition to a great movie theater and several great places to eat.

This is a nice mall that has been attracting more upscale shops in recent years. They have a god movie theater and plenty of places to eat. It is very clean and easy to get to. Overall, a nice place to shop.

Westfield Shopping Center AKA Countryside Mall is great. I've been coming to this mall since I was a kid and ita really nice to see how far it's progress. I'd give it 5 stars every day of the week.

As a child of the 80s, malls have never quite lost their luster for me. Good stores and friendly sales associates and one of my favorite lunch time deals around, BJ's endless soup and salad. Good quality food, even if some of it is bar food, and a friendly wait staff. Also a great way to get some walking in in the midst of Florida Heat.

Always come here for shopping, the movie theater, and to hang out with friends. But be cautious of the playground for the children on the ground floor. They don't clean it very well as I've seen the staff do a very crappy job while I was waiting with my brother for them to reopen it. It was better to just leave it then for my brother to play there. For a spot meant for children to play in, I expected the staff to do a much better job, or at least care

I went to Westfield Countryside Mall & had a good experience. I stopped here around 7:30p.m. for a pair of Nike tennis shoes. I had planned to shop at one or more of the 14 shoe stores including children's. I walked into Macy's from the outer door & they have a large selection of shoes.The athletic shoes department is small, but they had a good selection. I was very happy with the tennis shoes, I bought at Macy's & the service was great. The young lady that waited on me was kind, patient, knowledgeable had good listening skills.
Thank-you Macy's, your store had just what, I was looking for.

LOVE this mall! Clean, semi-upscale, new, a really great variety of shops and dining. Plus, there's a "nail bar/salon" inside the mall which is really unique in concept (at least to me), because you're not "stuck inside" a salon, it's out in the mall. And there is a movie theater with a good selection of movies and times, plus the snack area is really cool. You can get frozen yogurt to a sandwich to popcorn-- not just typical movie snacks.

The mall is upscale. It offers a wide range of stores that can accommodate every shopper. If your there for entertainment, the Cobb at countryside is in the mall. Perfect place for family to pass time, even has a iced skating rink!

Sephora was amazing at helping me choose the exact color foundation and lip stain I needed for my dark skin as I had been tanning regularly and my old one was too light as well as the perfect lipstick shade to fir my new darker skin. They spent a long time doing my entire face and didn't rush at all or walk away for more than a second. They focused completely on me to make sure I loved everything they thought would fit me well. I walked out feeling beautiful and very happy with my choices.

Very pleasant mall. We went to see a movie and avoid the sun for the day and ended up spending hours walking around and looking at all the stores. Multiple geek stores to enjoy, an ice skating rink and fro yo for the kids to enjoy as well! It was a nice day and definitely a mall we'd visit any time.
