Very kind and accommodating staff, amenities exceeded expectations especially for the price and was conveniently located. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious but I wish it longer into the morning.

On my way home we had to stop unexpectedly in Clinton MO due to a freezing rain. There were only 2 hotels available so we got this one. The photos on the website make it looks very upscale but it is far from it. First off, it was way overpriced. I think they jacked the prices up because they knew the roads were bad. Next, the person checking me into the hotel was visibly ill. She looked and acted like she had the flu and should not be working. So we get to our room to an overwhelming smell of what I can describe as, a wet dog/cat, dog pee, and old meat. It was so bad, especially the bathroom. I was so tired I just went to sleep and dealt with it.
The room was the first one to the right of the office. They need to burn that room to the ground because nothing will get that smell out. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the bed was very comfortable.response / report this review -

When we pulled up I was 2nd guessing if we should stay not that it was dirty pulling up. It looked very clean just haven't stayed in a motel in a while. I tell you though it was clean comfortable beds the Jacuzzi was nice to relax in. Much nicer than I anticipated. Very pleased with our choice. We would stay again.

This motel is a real gem
Looks good from the outside and the room was very clean and comfortable
Could not ask for. The continental breakfast was well stocked.

The rooms were newly renovated and very clean. The pool was great and the staff was friendly. A nice small town feel.

Beds were made for momma bear. Too soft. (For me) Was a layover spot on my way to scout camp for visitors day. They have a pool. Was nice and nice price.

Love this place! My husband and I stayed here for one night and didn't want to leave! For starters the staff/owners are amazing! Very nice and helpful. Now for our room. Awesome! The bed was so comfortable, plenty of pillows and room for us both. Jacuzzi tub is awesome! State of the art! Built-in radio, lights, and powerful jets. Huge TV, Great picture, and lots of cannels. Very impressed with this Inn. Even though it's cost to the hiway the room was very quiet! Oh and PETS ARE ALLOWED!

We were pleasantly surprised. The room was newly re-modeled and clean. The best part was the very comfortable mattress. Both my husband and I have back problems and it was great that we were able to get a good nights sleep.

Front the outside, this is just a small, unsuspecting motel. Once inside, we were instantly impressed. The rooms have undergone an obvious renovation recently, with quality upgrades and comforts. The front desk team is friendly and helpful, and even breakfast was comparable to anything you will get at a chain hotel. We definitely got a great bargain here - highly recommended to anyone who will be staying in the area.

OTR trucker, they have parking for 4 tractors and 53' trailers, looks nice and clean outside just remodeled FANTASTIC JOB! Bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff are truly AWESOME. Definitely my home away from home when I'm in Clinton. You won't find a better value either! If you find yourself in Clinton, Mo. DON'T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE TO STAY OVERNIGHT. You'll be very happy!

Extremely good value! Accommodations far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were extremely clean and well cared for. The breakfast was good with real orange juice! The personnel was extremely friendly and helpful.
