The only reason I’m giving them one star is just to be able to post my review. It’s the worst customer service I have experienced, they are extremely rude money hungry and untrustworthy, don’t waste your time or money with this company, they lost my daughter’s file 3 times, they don’t take accountability for their actions, the receptionists blame each other for the mistakes they make, the owner hides behind a phone saying he will call back to fix the problem but never does. This company is trash and a completely scam, I’ve been to the office a couple of times trying to fix my problem with them and every single time there’s a costumer complaining about something, it’s ridiculous, once again DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY with this company.

Been here and its amazing how the front desk can multitask and get everything done professionally. I can't wait to send my other kid to start driving school. Heard so many great things about this place. Had a Godson doing the program and he's almost done with his driving practice. Also had my daughter go thru the program and was so smooth. Thank you west driving. I greatly recommend it.

The lady that works the front desk isn’t very helpful she is very rude! I called the phone number provided last week for information on classes and what is available. The women was very bothered and was trying to get me off the phone. She needs to learn some manners, what a waste of my time.
