My daughter and I came here for the weekend for the first time. Very nice staff, and very very accommodating. We were shown 3 different rooms facing the lake to choose from, and given a discount for both nights, compliments of the hotel! Very Clean, I would come back, and recommend!!

We had are wedding there last week Front desk staff was very helpful and polite food from chef Charlie was excellent could not ask for a better Venue in lake Geneva out standing!!!!

Suites are beautiful!! Clean and well maintained. We come here multiple times a year and always stay lakesideamazing view!! Wonderful balcony to sit out and enjoy the breathtaking view. The staff is AWESOME!! Indoor heated pool and whirlpool are great!! The spa is also great!! Always leave relaxed and pampered!! Hate leavingalways look forward to coming back!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We attended a wedding ceremony and reception held at this hotel and it was quite lovely. We were able to be inside because some storms came in which was very convenient. The dinner was quite lovely. I loved the koi fountain in the middle of the downstairs lobby area. I got to see the wedding suite and it was gorgeous. The tub could probably fit three people, I was very envious and wanted to book a stay myself. The living area was spacious and had plenty of seating. There's a good sized balcony overlooking the wonderful lake views. Minus the spiders on the balcony it was quite perfect.

Wonderful rooms and staff. Very welcoming and accommodating. Meeting room was perfect for our group. The pool and fitness facilities were nice as well.

The Bella Vista was such a relaxing and comfortable place. Customer Service was on point and friendly. Woke up in an extremely comfortable bed to a beautiful view of lovely Lake Geneva. I cannot say enough good things about this Lake Geneva gem! Take advantage of their pool and spa! Massage room was gorgeous and so relaxing.

Very spacious rooms, fairly clean. Perhaps a bit old furnishings but bed was comfy. Right near the main stretch of Lake Geneva, so accessible to everything within walking distance. Next time we visit we'll stay here; we'd like to try some of the spa services.

OUTRAGEOUS price for a mediocre room that is not well kept. The dish that holds the toiletries was all dirty and rusted. There is a crack on the floor directly in front of the toilet. The line to hold our bathing suits had some kind of red gooey stuff on it and good luck sitting on the completely un-private balconies with the mass infestation of spiders. I understand that were near the lake with there being spiders but maybe house keeping should take a little extra time cleaning the rooms and balconies. Wouldn't stay here again for this price.
